Perfect 4 night stay,we were on a working livery farm which was fantastic all the people on the yard were very friendly

Property was very suitable for our trip.The accommodation was perfect really good quality bedding. Fantastic walk in shower. Excellent parking.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

The lovely peaceful location with views across the fields to the sea. A short walk from the centre of Seahouses.

it was clean and had everything you needed quiet but within walking distance of restaurants and beach ….. horses were great neighbours 😀 will definitely stay again

The Stables was a beautiful oasis with horses and fields all around you!

We loved the horses and views at The Stables! Our room was right beside the stables and we loved waking up to seeing the horses peak out from their stalls and in the fields each morning. Very comfortable room with kitchen facility and large bathroom.

We loved staying in the stables. It was clean and plenty of room for a 2 night stay. Something a little different as it was the only stable accommodation next to the horse stables. We loved the location- just a short walk into the town and set away from the hustle a bustle. We even stayed in and cooked a meal one evening with no problems at all. There is no dining table but that wasnt a problem for us, it just added to the fun! Loved waking up being near all the animals- horses, dogs and cats. We enjoyed a morning brew outside and the owners were friendly. Overall a lovely few nights, we will definitely return.

Very good

Location excellent and quirky but really well placed for exploring the surrounding area especially Bamburgh and also easy access to Seahouses ( only a 30 minute walk)

Perfect cosy stay

Cosy, cute and comfortable stay for our honeymoon, lovely little touch with Swan Towels, little chocolates and bottle of fizz

Very good

Fab location, Ian greeted us he was lovely! The room was very nice and bed comfortable. The bathroom was a good size.

I thought it was quite a bit smaller than expected and the bathroom definitely needs more ventilation there was quite a bit of mold growth in between tiles, around taps and on the ceiling - not really what I was expecting when paying £360 for 3 nights also we were expecting a beautiful view of the fields on the property but we were greeted with huge piles of dirt the height of a car blocking the view, but overall we had a great stay and it was the perfect location, not exactly luxury but comfortable.

Fantastic accommodation

Small and compact but contained everything needed and well set out. Lovely quiet location with great views. 10 minute walk to Seahouses centre and within easy reach of other towns and villages on the coast. Owners very friendly and helpful along with the users of the stables. Highly recommended 😀

Worth a visit.

Everything we needed for 2. Able to cook simple meals. Lovely to wake up to fields of horses and sea views. Very cosy bed. Excellent friendly hosts. Would go again. Near to the town. Walk in 10 minutes. Good co op supermarket and other shops. Wide range of restaurants and places to eat but need to book. Coastline drives and boat trip a must from seahouses.

Small ensuite room with basic self catering. Very good and recommend for short stays.

Good location. Lovely views of countryside and distant sea. Peaceful. Basic cooking facilities. Good host. Clean and comfy but a bit small.

10 minutes walk from town, but found a back street route.

Our stay

The view was lovely. It was quiet but not isolated. The room was big ..the bed so comfortable and a lovely wet room type bathroom. Had a fridge too for milk wine and beer ..

Not really anything to not like unless if you dont like horses..

most enjoyable and very convenient for the purpose of our visit.

The location was fine and most convenient for our stay. It was spotless and very comfortable. Lovely views from the room. Nice quiet location. We like to get out early for bird watching and this accommodation was just fine for coming and going without disturbing anyone. only a short 15 min walk to all of the village facilities.

I think the way the room is advertised needs to be more specific about what is it is. I maybe read more into it than I should have and was expecting a little more to suit self catering. I did not realise that there was no facility for breakfast not even for the basic cereal breakfast we normally have. Nevertheless we are very adaptable and we have no grumbles and overall very pleased with the room. One very minor issue, the small shelf above the wash basin in the bathroom is rather inconveniently sited.
