Firstly, I loved the place and location, and I loved the hotel's location. There are services nearby, in addition to taxis outside, and the hotel entrance is excellent and well-organized.
I noticed that the room cleaning was not thorough—it was done hastily. I also observed that the tables were not cleaned, and on two occasions, the pool towels were not changed.

Nice location what I was looking for near Lumphini. Staff were friendly.
The room looked like it really needed and was long overdo for a refurb. Lots of chipped paint and scratches, it felt a bit cheap considering the five star level of the property and the price. Staff often forgot to refill coffee and water bottles during cleaning. The “city view” I got was a window facing a car park tower so basically no view unless you stood at the glass to see the gap that overlooks the some sky scrapers. To be honest, for this price you can find much better in Bangkok. To be in this area, I’d rather spend more but feel like I’m actually in a five stare hotel.
