Nestled in Lake Wallenpaupack, this charming cabin for $133 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Upon booking, turn on notifications for this app. We will upload a rental agreement forwhich you are required to complete and return along with your valid ID within 3 days of booking. 4x4 access only for cold weather months! We are on a rather steep hill We don’t have a dock or a boat slip. We don’t allow pets Adorable Cozy Cabin only YARDS from beautiful 13 mile Lake Wallenpaupack! Enjoy the natural coolness of the cabin and woods, the beauty of the lake, a campfire while watching the sunset on the lake. It's the best time of the year in the Poconos! So inexpensive right now! This is the perfect place if you're trying to get away from it all and relax for a few days or a few weeks. You are responsible for cleaning the cabin before you leave. If you need the cabin professionally cleaned before you arrive, I may be able to find someone to do so, given 48 hours notice, your check in time will be after 7 pm - depending on the cleaning, cleaning cost varies between $80-$100 which has to be paid to me electronically at the time the service is requested. Even with professional cleaning, you should wipe down surfaces commonly touched upon arrival due to Covid-19. Use of common sense is required to rent our cabin. Cabin has two bedrooms (one queen, two twins), one bath. Suitable for 4 adults and children. Less than 100 yards from beautiful 13 mile long Lake Wallenpaupack. Come fish and swim in warm summer and fall lake. Cozy Cabin is the second lot back from the lake and is very comfortable and welcoming. We have a single bath, living room, full kitchen with all the accoutrements, including a crock pot and microwave, sweet sunroom and deck. You can see the water from the deck, in between the trees. Have fun floating around the lake on your raft! Enjoy the sunset from the beach and then a fire right in the back yard fire pit. Really close to Promised Land State Park and Delaware State Park for great hiking and snowmobiling trails. 35 minutes from Bushkill Falls, Big Bear Ski Area for winter fun Skiing, Snowboarding and Snowtubing. Price may be based on occupancy. Minimum age limit applies. $25 fee for WiFi 4x4 vehicle necessary to access in winter! Be aware that you may have to shovel snow! Air conditioning available in warm weather months only. You will be required to complete and return an electronic rental agreement and indemnification/hold harmless agreement along with your valid government ID before your reservation is considered complete. This is all done electronically only. Failure to return said documentation by the deadline could result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Garbage is carry in/carry out. Parking for two vehicles and a boat. We don’t have a dock. Bring your own sheets and towels, if you’re flying in, we can provide them. Grumpy people are not welcome 4 night minimum in summer Must speak and understand written and verbal English to book.

Close to lake. Beautiful sounds of nature. Saw many deer throughout the day. Had great weather and made beautiful memories.

This was the perfect getaway spot for a peaceful, relaxing week. Lake is steps from the house with views from the enclosed porch and the deck. Cozy and comfortable. Excellent communication with the host. Firepit in the yard was nice for chilly early May weather. We definitely hope to go back.

I am post this for my husband. He and a friend are trappers and used the cabin as a weekend trapping getaway. He said the cabin was as described and cozy. The location was perfect for what they were looking for and close to alp locations they were looking to trap. It had everything they were looking for and would stay there again. Thank you!

As soon as I opened the door there was a distinct odor. I thought maybe because of being closed up and not sure when last time guests were there. The odor seemed lined coming from bathroom register, liked something is dead in there. At night all you heard were critters running around in the ceiling above bedrooms.

We had 4 adults so did not need the loft. It was further from the lake than expected and it was difficult getting across the rocks to get into the lake. Otherwise, the neighborhood was beautiful and the people friendly.

Pay attention to details

I read the details surrounding the property, but never realized how much trouble it would be to take our trash with us. There is no trash pickup for this property. Also, each individual renter is responsible for cleaning for the next renter. That kind of made us leery as to whether the sheets had been washed, how long the towels had been above the door since the last wash. I would take my own the next time. The cabin is nice and the lake at the bottom of the hill is nice. The cabin could use a deep clean and furniture is getting run down. But it is a quiet neighborhood with lots of deer walking around.

This was an amazing weekend getaway to the pocono region with family! Great location right next to the lake, literally a 1 minute walk from the property. Great food spots within a 5-15 minute drive. Plenty of ski reports within a 40min - 1.5 hr drive. Shout out to Kathy/Kathleen, the owner who was always quick to respond to questions. Book the trip and make some memories!

My family and I were very pleased with the cabin and the location. It was a very short walk to the shore of the lake and a quick drive to the supermarket. The cabin had everything you need to prepare your own meals. I would recommend as a place to stay for friends and family.
