Excellent facilities. Excellent staff. Excellent value.

The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. The decor and art work is very interesting and the hotel has a wonderful ambience. The highlight of my stay was the staff. they are ALL extremely friendly, welcoming and professional. they speak excellent English and are only too happy to endure guests’ attempts at the Ukrainian language!

The gem of Dnipro.

The staff are very proud, honest and hard working. They are a great example of the beautiful gem of Dnipro. Rooms are clean and beautifully classic. Fun restaurant attached.

Professional staff in classic hotel with great food.

Very comfortable rooms and very clean. Staff is very nice and professional. Restaurant staff are very kind and polite.

Vans taking up two key parking spots, all the time. (Customers fault, not the hotel’s).

Safe and cozy place

The hotel is located in the central part of the city, its clean and cozy. There are no military objects nearby and the hotel is equipped with a proper bomb shelter. The staff is very friendly and they speak English.

Comfortable stay, awesome staff

Great location, a little outdated design but amenities are clean and comfortable.

The bath surface was a bit scratched. Also it’s noisy if the window is open.

Hotel Academy was the best !!! I stayed in a beautiful single room and it was perfect. As I had an evening flight I thou

it was so accessible to shops and restaurants. It was in a perfect location.

Perfect location

Great location opposite the museum and big park, with good restaurants and coffee shops close by - but the attitude of the receptionists was excellent, and the security guard very kind
