Shampoo bags were very small, better to take your own. The housekeeping didn’t change the bed. I was washing my clothes and left them on the towel holder and when I came back, I found out that my wet clothing were on the toilet. Why didn’t just keep it as it is :(

Air conditioner worked fine but it’s older and noisy

Emily was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Property is simple, but very clean and comfortable.

It was convenient to where we needed to be.

They are remodelling but the room smelled like stale smoke masked in paint. No iron or ironing board in the room. When I called and asked upon arrival they said they didn’t have one. However, when we the day before we checked out, I talked to the front desk again to let them know about our experience of the stay and mentioned the lack of basic amenities they came to our door with an iron and ironing board as we were leaving. Towels are very hard and feel like an exfoliating scrub and the loonie size soap they provide doesn’t even give you a lather. Maybe forgo the plastic dental sticks and q-tips hand picked in the baggie and concentrate on other amenities.
