Excellent location in the old town, within walking distance to many cafes and the night markets. Room made up upon request. Clean spacious room with a balcony. Good value for money and friendly staff!

It was well located, with a 7 Eleven just around the corner for any goodies needed. The room was neat, beautifully setup and had all we needed. Tea / coffee, a desk to work at, kettle, great bathroom and daily cleaning provided you add the door handle tag "make up my room". Comfortable, clean, affordable and nearby to attractions. Quiet neighbourhood as well.
Nothing that was problematic to us.

Good location, spacious room, good WiFi, safe neighborhood
It’s located on a small alley with no car access, only a short walk in. Right at the entrance of the alley, there is a rat nest, and during my entire stay there were rats roaming around. I was terrified. It’s not the property’s fault since it’s on the street, but if you’re scared of rats like I am, this is a huge no.
Also the bed is VERY hard on your back

The surroundings were very calm & quiet. The property's location is also fine.
After getting off the transport, one has to walk through a narrow passage with all the luggage to reach the property. Moreover, the entrance to the narrow passage was not clean; garbage bags were left there every morning. There is no lift in the property, and the receptionists were very poor at understanding English. This was frustrating for a foreigner who does not understand the local language. Every morning we had to ask for complimentary drinking water & washroom amenities. Housekeeping leaves a lot of room for improvement. The complimentary drinking water bottles may be served in the room every day without being asked by the guests.
