the room is nice, the pool is great ans the breakfast is top notch (except the wait).
the beach access is annoying (not a fault of the hotel per se), beach is regulated only for swimming and only in designated time slots. also, sometimes closes for no obvious reason. there is a big wait for the breakfast (but you can queue from your room, virtually), and the parking lot is far to walk.

Loved the staff, they were extremely helpful and always tried to accommodate and translate to English for us. The onsen was also very nice and the outside of the hotel is beautiful
Food (buffet)
- Breakfast was fine although cold, we enjoyed the coffee and bread selection.
- Lunch: Half the price of dinner but pretty much the same food, if you need to it’s not a horrible deal, still recommend leaving the hotel and getting food somewhere else for a better price and quality
- Dinner: Only had it once, extremely overpriced, lacked in flavor, most of it was cold,same every night,we’re used to Japanese takes on food as we live in Japan but this was our least favorite hotel food in Japan.
- all restaurants were closed today except for buffet and the izakaya
Entertainment:
I get with Covid things having limited hours but there is absolutely nothing to do at the hotel the indoor pool closes early, at night there was some figure painting available for a limited amount of time but after 1930 it was extreme boredom, the one store they have closses really early and only open on evenings. Nothing to eat or drink available during late evening/ night time. The convenience store outside the hotel saved us big time.
Pillows:
- the pillows felt like they had rocks inside, we just slept without them.
Room:
It never got cold enough can’t imagine during the peak of summer.
Pretty sad considering the location, view and staff are so amazing but the convenience side of staying at a resort was a bit lost to us.
