This comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment offers easy, first-floor
living in the Lakeside subdivision. The living room is perfect for relaxing
after a day of adventure, complete with a TV and internet access for movie
nights in.
Adjacent to the living room, you'll find the dining room, perfect for meals
together after a day of exploring. Our home comes with a Fully Equipped
Kitchen, perfect for entertaining whether you're a gourmet chef or just a home
cook trying to put dinner on the table after a long day exploring Citrus
County. This open concept kitchen has everything you could need, from pots and
pans to upgraded appliances and ample countertops.
This apartment offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom
comes with a king-sized bed, while the second and third bedrooms each offer 2
twin beds — perfect for kids or extra guests.

Lakeside is a small subdivision close to Downtown Inverness and just 1 mile
from the Withlacoochee State Trail, with a wedding venue right nearby — a
convenient option for guests attending a celebration. Check-in is simple —
stop by our office to pick up your keys before heading to your home away from

While Lakeside doesn't have its own golf course, the closest public course is
about 5 miles away, and a Planet Fitness is just 2 miles south for guests who
want to keep up their fitness routine. Ocala is 25 miles away, and Crystal
River is a quick 20-minute drive — perfect for exploring the springs. For
groceries and essentials, Publix, Walmart, and Aldi are all just a 5-minute
drive from the apartment.

The location and size of the condo was ideal for our recent trip. It is a great location with downtown Inverness nearby and the condo is ideal for a family with kids. We would definitely stay again.

We rented a 2 bed 2 bath condo for 4 55+ adults. Only 1 bedroom out of 3 had a full size bed. The other 2 had 2 twins. So we had to flip to see which adult couple had to go to Camp Snoopy. Terrible, terrible. Should have been disclosed up front and we would not have paid for 3 nights to sleep in poor twin beds.
