Location: Easily approachable location by tar roads. The resort is spread across a big area. The dining area provides view of a small river which gives the feeling of hill station. Rooms: We are a family of four and booked two deluxe rooms. Rooms are very spacious. One room has one double bed and one single bed, so it accommodates 3 adults. There is enough space to add an extra bed to accommodate the fourth person. Bathroom is also big. Though the rooms and bathrooms were clean, they could have made them more pleasant. They have Tata Sky connection, so the tv doesn't work properly in rainy season. They have provided a dvd player, a tea maker, a mini fridge and a set of toiletries in the bathroom. Food: Their dining area is huge and airy. One good thing about the resort is that they provide both buffet and a la carte. In breakfast buffet they serve toast butter, boiled eggs, tea, coffee, canned juice, fruits and three other dishes. In lunch, they serve one Paneer dish, one seasonal veg, one dal, one non-veg dish, roti/naan, rice, salad, papad and one sweet. Similar menu is served for dinner but they also serve one soup. We had preferred a la carte. Food here is a bit pricey but overall food is good. They provide varieties. Service and staff: Staff is helpful. Service is also good. As far as room service is concerned, make sure you order your food 40-45 minutes in advance, specially at the time of buffets. Other: They have a big lounge area in the reception where you can avail free wi-fi. Swimming pool and spa were closed due to covid restriction.
