The mattress in the master bedroom was exeteremely soft. Especially the side towards the door. Sinking actually

It is spacious. Bathrooms very nice. Provided us with a cot. Nice big towels. The heating was very comfortable.
Floor was dirty and had lots of crumbs. We had to hoover it when we arrived. Kitchen units had fingermarks and we had to clean them. Marks on sofa.Blinds in bedroom had bits missing so didn’t cover window.and light from outside shone in. Some of the dining chairs were dirty and had rips.
Some equipment in kitchen was inconsistent. No welcome pack whatsoever, not with information or any basic supplies eg tea, coffee, etc.
We didn’t need the balcony in January but it’s only a railing outside the windows.
There was a random extra fridge freezer which should be integrated but was just beside the lounge area.
I did complain by email about the dirty floor and did get an apology.
I certainly wouldn’t describe it as luxurious.

It was very spacious.
The location was very loud. The bed was not great. The door shades are in poor shape. There was literally no parking.

My wife wanted more kitchen utensil (big spoon etc) but for me it was perfect.
Abit of noise from the road but that was because of the need to open the windows in the sitting room as it was pretty hot this season.
Proximity to Bushey station was fantastic. Loved it

Excellent location for train from Bushey to Euston. Spacious, modern. Parking available at train station over the road at reasonable price.
Lacking in kitchen utensils. It would be helpful for parking options at the station to be provided prior to arrival.

Great location and a lovely apartment. Photos and definition meets what you get there. Clean, spacious, well equipped rooms, bathrooms and kitchen and a smart TV. The manager was available even at odd hours to help out on queries as well as made a trip to the apartment to sort the thermostat issue which was the only persistent issue with the apartment as the temperatures wouldn't come below 26 degrees. The cooler fans were our rescue point thankfully however other than the thermostat no complaints about this other wise perfect for a family and worth the money!
As mentioned above the persistent thermostat issue that too on days when it was already quite warm was quite a sticking point which inspite of the managers intervention wasnt easy to fix.

The fact that there was an elevator, sound proof windows, the apartment was clean, the rooms were very big, it was close to all local amenities…there are too many things to like about the property :)
No parking - parking at the station was an additional cost and I felt it should have been included in the package.
The apartment got really hot sometimes,
but I’m sure this would be an amazing feature in the winter.

Great location beside train station, nice clean apartment, just bad neighbours
Parties on in downstairs apartment during 2 nights of our stay until 4am, smell of drugs throughout the block and up into our apartment.
No curtains on the windows, very bright in the morning with only blinds

The management team were very helpful as I had an issue with the key fob not being in the safe. Once I contacted them, there was someone there onsite in 5 mins to help. Loved that the water was always warm, the apartment was clean and roomy and it was a good location for me. Also it's right opposite the train station so Super handy if you decide to head into Central.
Not much bad to say. There were a couple of broken things but they were mainly wear and tear, like a broken bin and a loose kitchen tap but really it was all good.

Location was fantastic. Train station literally 50 steps away. Rooms are huge. Easy access. Hosts responsive. Town centre is within walking distance but train takes 1 minute, for less mobile.
Boiler was cavitating. Contacted host but it settled down a little shortly afterwards. TV could maybe be a little bigger for size of room.

We initially booked this apartment but due to a fault in the apartment we were provided with another apartment! There was such easy communication and I had no issues with the apartment that we were put in! I would definitely come back!

The place is huge! 900 square feet, two bedrooms, one with an en-suite, a large lounge/diner/kitchen and full bathroom. Wooden floors throughout, smartly furnished will a fully appointed kitchen. One of our party is a wheelchair user but not an issue for us as a lift takes you to the second floor, wide doors mean she can easily navigate around the property, the ensuite shower is virtually step free and the main bathroom flexible enough that she can transfer from chair to bath. [NOTE: this is not a fully adapted property but it works for us and could work for you.] Location is excellent: Bushey station is a minute away, Oxhey Activity Park for the outdoors, café and skateboard/scooter area, easy access to the Watford shops and good road access to NW London and beyond. The owners and support team were excellent and attentive, quickly sorting out all [very] minor problems and the major self inflicted one!
There is no allocated parking, so there will be a short walk from the residential streets nearby. The apartment is well insulated, which means the heat can stay in. You will not get cold in this apartment.

This place is massive! Plenty of space in the bedrooms and living area, more than enough room for 6. Very clean and well presented, warm with dishwasher and laundry facilities. Very close to Bushey station, walking distance to the town centre, excellent leisure facilities nearby in Oxhey Park. Communication with owners brilliant and the minor (very minor) problem sorted very quickly. Can't fault them at all.
These are very minor points and did not detract from the stay at all. Parking is on the street nearby and the closer streets are subject to parking restrictions. There is sufficient parking on the roads but there is a short walk. The walk takes you passed the Royal Oak pub, which is not too noisy and no problem during our stay.

The apartment was bigger than the pictures showed. It was clean and host where around when we needed help.
We didnt have any problems with the apartment at all.
