The house was very cozy, the experience staying there was great! Everything was clean and tidy, bed was comfy, we had our own private entrance and private garden. The location is very silent and the price for the stay completely met our expectations. Thank you!

It was about half an hour ride with a train to get to the London's centre that for some might be the only issue. Otherwise everything else was perfect!

The place is made with taste and all the guests needs for comfortable stay is there: small kitchenette, good shower, TV and fast WiFi. Own terrace for morning coffee or sunset relax makes difference. Quiet area and convenient distance to reach London

very neat and organised and feels like home away from home

The guest house was perfect us. The bed was very comfortable & the house was warm and cosy. WiFi was great and smart TV too. Close drive to Lakeside too

toby is an excelent host and he has created a great self-contained annexe. ideal for work

not the best bed or most comfortable chairs but overall still great
