The services were not the best.

Good property didn’t use anything except pool but nice stay overall

Location was great. Clean unit everything was great. The only bad thing was the outside light was so bright shining inside the two bedroom windows and through the glass door all the way down the hallway. Some blackout shades would be great and would then give a 5 star rating.

We typically use reviews to decide whether to book, we did not look into Google reviews as it was an individually owned unit in the property andthis trip was very last minute. I wish we had looked at more reviews before booking: Pros: Ok location for getting out, close to restaurants etc, check in is easy and front desk seems very kind, they called and did a check in to see how we liked our unit about an hour after we checked in, we informed the front desk of some maintenance issues and they said they could have a handyman out to look at the issues, decided to just make do since we did not want to waste our short time there waiting on a handyman and waiting to have the issues fixed, but we appreciated the offer! The pool area also looked very nice but we did not use it as we were rarely in the unit (on purpose) Cons: This place is just not well maintained, most of these items could be easily fixed with much better cleaning and maintenance!! We spent as little time as possible in unit on purpose! Master Bath: blood stain on the ratty shower curtain, which looked like it would fall off if pulled the wrong way, it was also too short to fit the width of the shower, gray hairs in shower drain (I have long blonde hair and my husband is bald, so these were here before we arrived), visible mold in corners and stains on wall and baseboard behind door, several towels had stains as well, the bathroom fan was FULL of dust, little to no water pressure in shower and nothing if the washer or other shower is being used at the same time Master Bedroom: handles to dresser were falling off, stains on walls and baseboards, light fixture on ceiling fan was extremely loose and you had to hold onto the light to turn up/down fan as to not pull light down, bed skirt was pulled up under mattress, it just looked very unkempt Hallway/Kitchen: stains on walls and baseboards, washer is rusting, tape/label over outlet, handle of trashcan cabinet doesn't fit and falls off each time you try to use it, dead cockroaches and bugs on floor in several places, ceiling has hole/falling apart in kitchen by cabinets Living Room: no extra pillows for pull out bed, the chair in living room felt as thought it might fall apart if sat in wrong, vertical blinds are almost all broken/falling down This unit has potential if more detail and pride is given to cleaning and maintenance, front desk seemed very helpful if we spent time to utilize them more, beach is NOT food for swimming

Property was pretty much just as described and unit very similar to one pictured (though our second bedroom had a full-size bed instead of the pictured twin beds). Unit was a tad sparse on dishes/glasses/utensils... but dishwasher included (though only one detergent was included). Included washer and dryer was a real lifesaver for our light packing (just need to buy your own detergent). Marina's dock fees a bit pricey at $5 per foot per day... but was certainly nice to have our boat nearby. Would consider location again.
