Courteous and helpful staff, great breakfast selection - they had natto! Very friendly with our infant daughter.
We stayed for around 10 days in total. Unfortunately, our first couple of nights got off to a bit of a rough start. On the first night, we were woken up by loud banging noises that seemed to be coming from around the window area, possibly related to construction. On the second night, a strong varnish-like smell began seeping into our room through the AC vents in the middle of the night.
Since we were traveling with our 8-month-old baby at the time, we didn’t feel comfortable staying in the room and asked to move. Thankfully, the hotel staff were very accommodating and helped us relocate to another room despite it being quite late at night, which we really appreciated.

Access to a really modern gym.
When I tried to pay at the property there was an error and the machine charged my card but the hotel told me that the payment did not go through. As I did not have an international Sim card I was unable to contact my bank so I had no idea if it truly went through. I ended up having to pay in cash. If you are going to select this accommodation, I recommend not paying at the property.
