quiet, good darts social area, clean pool
wifi didn't work in the room, but the owner is planning to get more equipment soon

The rooms are beautifully finished - modern and spacious with good aircon. The shower is huge and is warm! Love that there are films available to watch in the rooms too! Cam was really friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.
The WiFi doesn’t reach to the rooms.

I LOVE Hidden Jewel Resort. The room is brand new and it's very clean. The pool is amazing. The owner is very approachable and helpful. Near the airport., Bee Farm. Alona beach.

The staffs are very accommodating specially the owner, Mr. Cameron. Since I my reservation run into a problem due to their system upgrade, he provided upgraded rooms for us to stay.
Breakfast is good - you have an option American or Filipino breakfast.
Their caretaker (Louie) was very approachable as well, he provided a lot of tips during our stay.
The room, esp the bathroom, are well kept and very luxurious. The only problem is the signal - both of the TV and internet.
It's not the actual booking, but Booking.com the app itself when it comes to reservation. Still confirming if I was double charged since I provided my credit card and pay upfront at the same time.
