Great location for the bus station, the old town, transport link to the airport. The room was comfortable and quiet the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a meal in the lobby bar which was very nice.

The hotel staff are consistently kind, polite, and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere from check-in to departure.
Rooms are compact but very well soundproofed, ensuring a quiet and restful stay despite the hotel’s central location.
Breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. The live kitchen, where omelets and other egg dishes are prepared on request, is a particular highlight.
The hotel is well maintained and provides a comfortable and reliable stay, making it one of the better accommodation choices in Bydgoszcz
Room size is on the smaller side, which may be less suitable for longer stays or travelers with large luggage. The comfort level of the bed and pillows could be improved to enhance sleep quality.

Great location - just next to the river and main tourist attraction.
They were not prepared. We booked for two adults and a child and they expected we would all sleep in the same bed! We had to specifically organise extra bed upon arrival which was not great as the room was very small. They asked us to pay 13PLN for a toothpaste which i doubt to be very unusual - typically a guest who forgets something this small is helped by a complimentary set. The 13PLN version had a tiny toothpaste which was not enough for a family of 3 to use for one evening. Not a large amount but made a poor impression, especially when coupled with the missing bed.
