La habitación era muy acogedora. Cama y almohadas cómodas, aire acondicionado. Nos proporcionaron de zapatillas de andar por casa, cepillo de dientes, vasos para el baño y geles de ducha, todo un detalle. La zona está genial, cuenta con numerosos restaurantes, bares, con la playa y la parada de bus que te lleva al casco antiguo a menos de 5 minutos.

I had a very pleasant stay at Villa Ruza! The room is very nice and it exceeded my expectations. It's a simple room but more spacious than many hotels and has a lot of amenities. Has a big wardrobe, a mini fridge and even a kettle and glassware so I was able to make coffee in the room. It also has air-conditioning and it's not over the bed so you can sleep with it on. The balcony is also good for having your morning coffee and people-watching (I even managed to catch the live performance in the bar below)! The bottles of water in the fridge and the free toothbrushes were also a very nice touch. Be aware: the room is very far away from Old Town, if your goal is to mainly visit the centre you may have to spend a lot of money on taxis. However, it is right next to a good-seized pebble beach (which you wont find in the centre of Dubrovnik) and it had inflatables in the water for kids to play around. If you keep walking along the coast you'll find a lot of beautiful swimming spots amongst the rocks (which I loved) and even bars that sit right on the water! I had already been to Dubrovnik before so this location for me was perfect! The accommodation also sits on a pedestrian road full of lively restaurants and bars.
The only small negative of the room is that you can hear people in other rooms a bit. I could occasionally hear people walking/shuffling and when someone turned on the shower. But I'm quite a deep sleeper so it didn't bother me too much. If you like to sleep early you might find it difficult as well because you can hear some music from the bar below. But for me this was not a problem.

Excelente ubicación y atención ya que llegamos tarde por retraso en el vuelo. Muy buen gusto en la decoración de la habitación y el baño como en los accesorios y funcionamiento.
