前浜にも歩いていける場所です。また、泊まった部屋がトイレ、風呂付きだったので、快適でした！あと、キッチンも使いやすく、調味料なども一式ありました。
オーナーさん手作りで改装されているので、手作り感ありますが、そのあたりは、なんと言ってもお手頃価格、気にならないです！

初めて利用させてもらいました。2人なので個室利用。部屋はユニットバスではなく、広さも十分なトイレ、バス付き、冷蔵庫、2人が座れるバルコニー、洗濯物を少し干せる物干しもあり(庭には十分に干せるスペースもあり。)滞在時は困ることもなく快適に過ごせました。共同の調理場も綺麗で、スペースも広く、フリードリンクや、良心的な価格の、オリオンの生ビール、ソフトドリンク等もあり、ありがたかったです。環境は、町から離れてることもあり静かで、朝は鳥の鳴き声や、朝陽で目覚める等、気持ちのいい朝でした。レンタサイクルやバイクもあり。バスも本数は多くないはないがあるので、時間を調べて、その日の予定と照らし合わせて利用することもできます。 その地をゆっくり巡ることが好きなので、お散歩はもちろん、レンタサイクルとバスを今回利用しました。 快適な宿泊施設であったことと、予定変更も検討していたので、部屋の空きが分かった時点で悩むことなく延泊しました。宮古島に遊びに来た際は、またこちらを利用したいと思います。
町から少し離れているので飲食店が少なく、外で飲食したい場合は下調べをして、特に夜は予約した方がいいかも。バスがもう少し遅い時間まであるとありがたいかな。

駐車場が有ってロケーションが良かった。シャワー・トイレ付きの部屋を利用したが、清潔で使いやすかった。また、10年ほど毎年来られているという同宿の長期滞在者の方から周辺の状況等をを学ぶことが出来たことは有り難かった。予定していた活動を十分に行うことが出来たので満足している。
スケジュールが合わなかった為か、オーナーさんと一度もお会い出来なかったことが心残り。
