The location was very convenient, within the old city, and close to many good spots for markets, cafes, food places, 7-11.
The staff were so friendly and kind. You can always ask them for recommendations, or just have a nice chat with them.
The rooms were comfortable. It could potentially have felt crowded if all the beds were filled up, but fortunately for me, I only shared with one other person and we each had our own space. I also appreciated the personal standing fan because it did get quite humid at times. It was such a treat to have a desk space and light. The lockers were also very spacious and easy to store things.
The laundry facilities were also very affordable and convenient to use.

The simple wooden house was clean. The bright hue color of the property can be spotted easily along the many tiny homes in the city wall of the Chiang Mai. There is a little service yard for you to chill. It was closed to the Saturday night market along Wu lai.The owners was friendly and welcoming and I enjoy my first night sleep well.
The toilet was not attached. It would be wonderful if they can install some light in the service yard
