About this chalet rental
Situated in North Conway, this charming chalet for $263 per night is a great choice for your next break. Our beautiful vacation home is located in the desirable Birch Hill area at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The open plan style offers ample space for up to 8 people and there are stunning mountain views from the high end hot tub located on the back deck. Just remember I never list on other sites but there are active scammers out there, so let me know if you see this elsewhere. I have temporarily suspended instant booking so please get in touch for a prompt response on how I may be able to help with your vacation plans. The main level comprises the kitchen, diner, lounge and ¾ bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and many extras to provide you many of the comforts of home. The lounge has vaulted ceilings, an oversized wood-burning river stone fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the mountains. Comfortable seating, large smart TV (with cable), a 7’ combo games table (pool/air hockey) and a variety of games in the cupboard provide entertainment for all. In the large open loft space there is a queen bed and 2 full beds. There is plenty of storage space in the form of storage chests and a small chest of drawers. In addition there is a foosball table for the young at heart. A fully fitted basement provides comfortable accommodation with two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 45" Smart TV, a seating area, and a walk-in closet. The other bedroom sleeps four, in two built-in adult size bunk beds, and has a 24’ flat screen TV. A full bathroom also contains a private washer and dryer. Our secluded ¾ acre lot is surrounded by trees on 3 sides and the cul-de-sac. The ground slopes quite steeply in places that enhances the stunning views but the meadow style area gives plenty of places to enjoy the outdoors. When making your booking please ensure that you include the planned number of guests in your party as quotations are dependent on group size if this is more than six. Notify me as soon as possible of any changes. A 20% discount is automatically applied for bookings of a week. COVID Updates: Our updated hygiene protocols are in-line with state requirements and best practice. If your party is 7 or more persons then I will require a period of 2 days after your departure for extended cleaning (in line with recommendations), so please consider this when checking your vacation dates as this is not currently automatically assessed by the VRBO systems.

I booked this house for our annual new years ski trip with friends and would absolutely come back.
I was a little nervous at first, as I found out after booking that this house has a noise meter installed. While I don’t think my group is particularly loud, with a larger group (there was 8 of us total) I wasn’t quite sure what to expect or what was considered “too noisy” for the meter. Obviously I was nervous for nothing because it was never an issue. So if you have a larger group, don’t let this deter you.
The open layout was inviting and there was plenty of room for all 8 of us (even eating dinner at the table - extra chairs were provided). As some reviews mentioned, the bathrooms definitely need updating but that’s a minor flaw for a house that provides ample sleeping/hanging out space and things to do. The hot tub was needed after a day on the mountain. The location was extremely convenient. No one had service but the wifi worked well, so something to note if you don’t have an iPhone with iMessage. We would have loved to use the fireplace but it was too windy (we tried, but we quickly gave up when the smoke was just coming inside instead of outside).

The cabin was very nice, the jacuzzi was the star of the show, it was great after a full day of hiking or shopping to come back and relax. The property could use some upgrades especially the bathrooms, but overall we were very pleased with the entire experience. I would definitely recommend this rental property to others. We had a great time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect house for a Ladies Weekend away! A group of friends and I rented the chalet for Friendsgiving event and loved it! The chalet provided all the amenities needed to prepare a dinner for a large group. It also provided all amenities needed for fun and relaxation. Between the pool/air hockey table, foosball table and hot tub, there was plenty to do for everyone!
We highly recommend this house and are hoping to rent it again next year for the same event!

The house was clean and ready for our arrival. The instructions given to us were very clear and made our weekend in North Conway easy. Gorgeous view from the house and great layout to hang out and play board games, etc… would definitely stay here again.

This home has everything you could want for a weekend get away with friends or family. Plenty of outdoor activities in close proximity, a deck with a beautiful view, hot tub, and grill, and a comfortable living space with plenty to do inside in case of inclement weather. Check-in process and communication with the host was quick and smooth. Will definitely try to come back here in the future!

We loved everything about the place! Open concept with plenty of room for my husband, myself, our teenage son, and his friend. Beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Coffee maker wasn’t functioning and they replaced it right away. Communication with the host and the owner were both pleasant and efficient. We loved the Jacuzzi, enjoyed the deck and played many games of pool and air hockey. Quiet neighborhood. Place was immaculately clean. We highly recommend!

Two minor things that could use improvement. The sheets on the beds were comfortable but the beds didn't have comforters, just light blankets. We stayed 5 nights and would have preferred more suitable bedding and pillows. Also, the coffee maker was not convenient for people who drink a lot of coffee. We had to hold the coffee cup onto the "button" the entire time the coffee was brewing and we had to heat the coffee up after brewing it because it did not come out hot.

Thank you for the stay the brochures with maps were very helpful and we had great excursions to the flume..the basin. Multiple falls and the cog to mt washington then a lobster pop appetizer and libation at the Omni/Mt Washington hotel. Location for these excursions was ideal for the white mountain region.

We requested to stay on short notice and The owner Paul did a great job making every step of the process simple. The house was immaculate with great amenities and an amazing view off the porch. Couldn’t have asked for more. A pdf was provided with everything you need to know about the house and the surrounding areas activities and sites to see. Definitely recommend staying here!

We had a lovely stay in New Hampshire. Everything we needed was there and a lovely welcome pack. The children loved the pool table and table football.
The house is just a shot drive into town and close to the ski areas so perfect for us.
. We had a problem with the heating that was sorted out so quickly.
We would love to stay again next year

Paul and Valerie have a beautiful chalet in a quiet neighborhood close to the ski mountains and local amenities. They were extremely thoughtful and when they knew we had kiddos coming had cookies and stuffed animals waiting for them. The house has plenty of activities to stay busy when you’re not soaking in the hot tub enjoying the view from the deck or hanging out by the fire place.

Paul was an excellent host and very prompt to respond to any communications or inquiries. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable and had all the things you would need. Great for families! As some other reviewers stated the only thing that I might suggest is updating the bathrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This is a great, super spacious cabin in North Conway. All things were great. The place could use some updating. But everything is in good working order. If anything really really needs an upgrade, it’s the bathrooms, especially the main one downstairs Paul is a great host. 4/5 stars!!

We had an excellent time at this house, everything we wanted and needed but be warned the beds are not the most comfortable. Owner was very communicative and helpful. Gorgeous views, amazing hot tub, great hikes in the area! Would stay here again despite the poor sleep

The cabin has everything you will need. It is a little outdated and needs a deep cleaning, but would be a great place for families as there are many things to do in the cabin. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the hot tub as it was dirty (sand in the seats) but if clean it would be fun to use under the stars. Beautiful view from the deck and very peaceful.
