The location - stunning views of Taurus mountains and pine trees. Very tasty and varied food options. Lovely staff. The apartment was large and the terrace offered privacy and peace away from the bustle.
It felt that the hotel was understaffed for the time of the season, which impacted the meal times (difficulties with finding the seats, staff was overstretched). Unfortunately, the hotel is very popular with certain nations (chain smoking in every possible area and the beach, loud and inconsiderate behaviour), and this went unchallenged by the staff.

Beautiful property in a pine forest; amazing stuff that makes you feel welcomed
Things were breaking down all the time (we came at the end of season): the fridge didn’t work when we arrived, then the light at the entrance, then we didn’t have electricity for a half day. The smell in one of the bathroom was so awful that we couldn’t use it, and it wasn’t fixed during our stay.

Good location and very friendly staff. Food was good with a variety of restaurants to choice from.
The pool closed to early. It would have been better stay if the pool had stayed open until 8pm.

The landscape was pretty with the mountains rising straight behind the hotel
The sea was warm and very clean
The staff were very friendly
The food was great
We asked to move the room and our request was satisfied (for extra fee)
The air conditioning in the room was almost nonexistent
Noise levels in the evening were very high- from the hotels next door and our own hotel
Coffee machines were constantly breaking up in the main restaurant- need to change them out
Levels or cleanliness around the hotel are below average, old dirty carpets are seen throughout the floors
Hotel requires renovation
