A wonderful experience- a really fantastic staff team who went out of their way to ensure a great stay, from early check-in to late check-out. Fantastic breakfast selection and again, excellent waiting staff. Really good spa facilities and staff. The comfort room is spacious with a good size balcony and a great bathroom. Overall, a great place to rest and relax in a beautiful setting with super facilities and an outstanding team - definitely will stay again

A bit old dated design, but clean rooms and bathrooms, comfy beds, good Internet connectikn, Nice swimming pool but not enough space around.
Water in the swimming pool is too cold to stay longer and too many people to have a swim. Steam room too small so over crowded, I would expect better swimming area as for 5* hotel based on the pictuers on booking, these pictures give you wrong idea. Also spa was fully booked, it should be mentioned on the booking app that you have to book spa in advance in this hotel! breakfast avrage, no fresh juices, poor selection of bread or eggs which usually are basic things in 4*+ hotels.
