The location of this hotel was absolutely amazing, as well as the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Beautiful guest room, breakfast is really lovely with a large variety of food choices. although can be very busy but staff are excellent and tables are cleared quickly. There is an extensive buffet lunch and dinner which we did not have but it looked lovely and was very reasonably priced. Laundry was same day service if in before 4pm (back around 8pm) and a reasonable price.
The Club Lounge is really lovely - has been upgraded since we were there last year. Food is excellent and beautifully presented. The Club Lounge staff are a credit to the hotel (thank you Tanya, Torfun, Big, Rose and Get for your exemplary service). Only downside was very noisy and unruly small children (around 4/5/6 years of age) in The Club Lounge one evening - staff did their utmost to control but parents did little to help. After a complaint (by several guests I understand) the next evening was quiet and back to its usual calm and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel is attached to MBK Shopping Centre and close walking distance to Siam Square and Siam shopping complex and easy walk to CentralWorld. Excellent price for a quality hotel.
Very noisy small children in The Club Lounge one evening - and although staff did their utmost to contain the parents of said children did nothing to stop the bad behaviour and yelling and crying Perhaps a separate Club Lounge for people with children would solve this problem?
