Did not enjoy that much given the diarrhea I had.

Reception staff were helpful cos I felt sick during my stay.

We stayed there for 3 nights, had buffet dinner at the hotel on the first night. Some dishes were super salty. We provided feedback to the chef and staff but they explained that those were specialty dishes from northen India. I had diarrhea starting from 5am the next morning all the way till noon. I called the reception and asked to have a doctor to come in. Fortunately my diarrhea stopped after taking the medication. Unfortunately I had to stay in the hotel all day and also only had plain white rice with hot water for the next 2 days.

Lakeside location, beautiful facilities and kind people

Gorgeous location, right on Jal Mahal. It is a quiet place away from the chaos of Jaipur. Property is beautiful and staff go above and beyond to help. The location is away from the chaos of Jaipur but also away from lots of restaurants and shopping (though there are local textiles and jewelers near by). It’s close to Amer Fort, it was the perfect place to recharge after a few days of sight seeing in central Jaipur.

I really can’t complain, it was a wonderful stay.

Jal Mahal view hotel

a hotel with the stunning view of Jal Mahal, friendly staff and good location (in the middle of the Amber Fort and Pink City).

An overall old hotel. Rooms would benefit from a renewal. if you plan to go further down from the Pink City, the hotel is quite far and oversees heavy traffic on the way.

Directly in front of the water palace Very attentive and friendly staff, especially in the restaurant Great buffet for breakfast and dinner, lots of choice, delicious, new things every day Good location to visit Jaipur

Laundry service too expensive Walls too thin, you hear neighboring rooms and the corridor too much Restaurant and lobby have views on the pool, makes it less private and relaxing to go swim

The property was apt for family holiday, With a calendar of activities planned out for kids. Also the staff attitude and responsiveness towards the guests deserves appreciation.

An instance or 2 where housekeeping staff was not upto the mark- room wasn’t cleaned on time even after putting up d request. Had requested for coffee cups in d morning, which never turned up & then the tea spoons were missing.

Nice Cute Hotel

It is a cute little hotel and suitable for a family retreat The architecture is really cool

room size is so small not like in the pictures very far from the airport and business district. Every time you will run an errand you will have to go through the traffic of Pink City The food options are nice but could be more diverse

Rooms were not modern (not a complain as I presume it was made to give the old city feel) however very comfortable.

Nice comfortable stay

The location of hotel is prime one, opp to Jalmahal lake of Jaipur. The key features are nice, well maintained lawn, swimming pool for cooling , break fast was extensive and well prepared. Best part is staff, which takes care of your needs in fastest way. Good place for holidays and tourism.

The bath tub was bit narrow, and property needs renovation to keep up with technology and general upgrdation.

Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay at the Trident - very comfortable and felt very well taken care of! The selection at breakfast was very good and they were very nice to pack us breakfast boxes for our early morning trips. Special mention to Akash and Rohit who were particularly attentive and looked after us so well! The entertainment in the evenings was also very lovely. We were very sad to leave as we had such a comfortable and relaxing stay!

Superb

Excellent location and great hospitality. Chef Ajay and Shashank, were courteous. The chef arranged Pooja food for my mother. Overall the property is beautiful.

Some parts of room are old, need maintenance. Be careful of the petrol/fuel station adjoining the hotel, they duped us.
