Relax place

Room is pretty and clean. and the most amazing thing is They Have Elevator!!!! XD Breadfast is good, especially the eggs :) it taste better then my AMS trip.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this nice hotel during my visit to Interlaken, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the cosy and impeccably clean room, I knew I had made the perfect choice. The small touches they put into making guests feel welcome truly set this place apart. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by a lovely surprise—a heart-shaped chocolate on my pillow. It was a sweet gesture that instantly made me feel valued as a guest. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness really made a difference. The staff at this hotel deserve special mention for their outstanding service. Every encounter with them was met with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. One day, due to a rushed schedule, I, unfortunately, missed breakfast. However, Kristin, the hotel's owner, went above and beyond to ensure I didn't go hungry. She kindly prepared a bowl of fresh fruit and a delicious croissant just for me. It was a gesture that made me feel genuinely cared for. Location-wise, this hotel couldn't be better situated. It is conveniently near Interlaken West station, making it a breeze to access all the main attractions, restaurants, and bus stops. Whether you're exploring the breathtaking scenery or indulging in local cuisine, everything is within easy reach. Based on my remarkable experience, I can confidently say that I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Interlaken. The combination of cosy rooms, spotless cleanliness, welcoming gestures, and exceptional staff truly makes it a standout choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable stay in Interlaken.

The only minor inconvenience I encountered was some morning noise due to guests heading for breakfast or checking out of the hotel, but it was not disruptive.

A lovely hotel, with great staff in a good location

Christine and her team were so welcoming, friendly and made us feel like they really cared about us and our holiday. Easy walking to hotel from Interlaken West train station. Nice breakfast

Amazing, will stay here once im back again

Christine was exceptional! Made my stay so much better, she was happy to help by giving me suggestions on what to do, where to eat, and how to travel! I felt very welcome from the get so. Definitely recommend!

Very comfortable small hotel with an owner who goes out of her way to help guests

I came back to this hotel a second time because I liked it so much the first time I stayed here. This is a very nice, comfortable hotel with good rooms, a very good breakfast and a great location very near the Interlaken West train station. But more than that, I really like the attitude of the owner, Christine, who goes out of her way to make sure that guests are comfortable and feel at home. This makes all the difference

The room was equipped with plush bedding, top-notch room service, Being situated in such a beautiful location allowed us to sink in the stunning surroundings and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

Amazing Service!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Alphorn, and I must say that it was an absolutely wonderful experience. One of the things that really stood out to me was the amazing attention and care given to me by the hotel's owner. From the moment I arrived, the owner went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They greeted me with a warm smiles and took the time to explain to me the most popular attractions and answer any questions I had. Throughout my stay, they were always available to offer advice and assistance whenever I needed it, and they truly made me feel like a valued guest. In addition to the fantastic service from the owner, the hotel itself was also fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the facilities were great, and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Overall, I would highly recommend the Hotel Alphorn to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area, and I can't wait to visit again soon!

Friendly staff, good location

We didn't sleep well , the pillows were too soft. Lousy breakfast and facilities for the rate.

Hotel Alphorn is a clean, well-situated property in Interlaken. The rooms are small but very clean. The breakfast was adequate, which is what one would expect for a 2-star hotel. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. I found the owner to be a bit condescending. I read the other reviews about how friendly she is and although she did offer some good suggestions, I found her to be short, particularly with my friend. It is a good place to stay for a short visit and the walk to Interlaken West Station is very agreeable.

Overall good except the noise

The owner was so friendly and helpful. Room was small but nice. Hotel is well located.

The rooms are not well insulated, it was very noisy, we could hear everything from the room next to us...

Exceptional

Loacation was perfect for us. A 2 min walk to downtown. Greeting was very welcoming and Christine explain everything we needed to know. There was a faboulour breakfast buffet. Rooms very spaces and clean.

A Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful City

Excellent cosy homely stay

nice, quiet ,quaint and very clean place. realised it’s an B&B but it’s prompt service and friendliness is definitely beyond b&b and surpass some of the hotels I have stayed. Christine and her team of staffs are so friendly and helpful that it’s feels so cosy and homely to stay in Alphorn. Super clean and bed was really comfortable and firm. Short walk from train station and there is a Migros supermarket along the way. Breakfast is good quality and really enjoyed the stay. Will come back again ☺️

Nothing much, maybe if really need to pick them lighting could be a little brighter but it’s comfy for us.

A lovely hotel near Interlaken West.

The room is really lovely, comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The staff are all very kind. The breakfast is also nice. It is in a beautiful neighborhood, only 5-min walk from Interlaken West, so quite convenient. Luggage storage after check-out is possible.

The walls between the rooms are very thin. I can even hear people next door snoring. Would be good if the host can remind everyone to lower the voice after 10pm.
