The location was excellent for me as it was very close to where the event was being held. However, it's far for those who want to go to the old city.
In summer, the weather is very hot and humid, which makes climbing the stairs from the beginning of the street tiring and leaves you drenched in sweat.

Very clean and good size.
Air Con was fab!
Bus service was good.
Close to cafe/bars.
Went to sunset beach-east to walk to.
Some of the steps. But to be fair, it was extremely hot when we were there so it made them seem worse.
