If you’re coming from the central bus station it is very convenient upon arrival as it’s a short walk from there. There are also many routes: 1A, 1B, and 3 that will get you to/from the apartment and old town, but there will be some stairs to climb. The place is a great value, and I think it’s much much more charming than it appears in the photos.
My wife found the pillows very uncomfortable, but me personally I had no issue. There were a few (like four maybe) tiny tiny ants, literally the smallest I’ve ever seen in my life, that might bother some people (like my wife) but myself it was no issue.

The property was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The owner was very friendly and gave us great recommendations for swimming spots and the best buses to take. The apartment is only a 13-minute walk from the main bus station, and the bus to the Old Town takes about 10–15 minutes. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property. Me and my husband would happily stay here again if we visit Dubrovnik in the future.

The owner was extremely nice and accomodating! The location was also very convenient.
Make sure that you do not keep any food in your room (including in your bags) because insects may gather to it. Check out is at 9 AM.

Great apartment set on the hill above the ferry port … owner was responsive to messages… nice cheerful host… small supermarket nearby… Old Town 30 minutes walk away… bus runs from bus stop nearby.. great sunset from one of the balconies
