Acroterra Rosa was incredible.
What stood out most was how well they took care of my family. My wife is pregnant, we were traveling with our 2-year-old daughter, and the staff made everything feel easy. They were kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about us having a great stay.
The coffee was excellent, breakfast was awesome, and the whole place felt peaceful and welcoming.
Beautiful hotel, even better people. We would absolutely stay here again.

Exceptional hotel, superb service and location. Away from the mass tourism of Thira and Oia, an oasis of elegance and charm in front of the Caldera. The staff is amazing, we had a very delayed return flight and they let us stay in the room until our departure. Totally worth it!

Very clean and modern hotel with great facilities. We had two suites with caldera/pool views and hot tubs on the balconies. The suites were spacious with large comfy beds and a small kitchenette area. The staff were amazing - very friendly and always on hand to help. We also used the spa and had wonderful massages. The hotel is near to Akrotiri village (3 min walk) which has a mini market a few shops and 5+ restaurants, you can also get the bus from there to the red beach and Fira
Slightly odd layout where you walk through the restaurant to the pool. It’s on the road so there is a little road noise (but nothing serious!) The spa could be better - no water after a massage, there’s a jacuzzi/steam room but hard to know when you can use them…

It was clean and the staff were wonderful. The view of the ocean was beautiful.
The location was not good for us. You can’t walk anywhere, there are no beaches close by, you have to rent a car (which we did) or get a taxi anywhere you want to go. The resort itself is unimpressive and small. Our suite was big but bare although it was the honeymoon suite and it did have a private little pool with beautiful view of the ocean. The room was sitting on top of a road, which is a major throughway in Santorini so it was hard to get a picture without a car in it.
The food in the restaurant was average and breakfast was also average.
I wouldn’t stay there again mostly because of the location and the fact that for a little more or even the same price, there are beautiful resorts in walkable places such as Oia or Thera.
In fact, we were supposed to be there for 5 night but we decided to move after 2 nights to another much better resort in Oia, Andronis Arcadia, which was much more expensive but incomparable in quality and location.
Also, the management of Acroterra refused to refund us for the 3 nights remaining, which was disappointing but did not influence this review.
