Acceptable but expected more.

The breakfast buffet was good and the staff is friendly. Having aircon working at the hotel was a blessing with the heat during their travel. This was a stay for two senior citizens.

There were a couple of instances where the toilets were not working due to no water. The tank had to be filled manually from the tap. No resolution could be given, just that it was getting worked on. No other available rooms to be moved to as hotel was at capacity for a conference(?). Issue of telling cab drivers where the hotel is located. They also had some difficulty understanding the Australian accent as one of the travellers was Australian.

Quick stay for an appointment. The breakfast was really convenient and good.

Great breakfast buffet. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I always prefer this hotel everytime I travel for work and business in Eastwood city.

The property is very accessible to my work location and it’s near the Eastwood City Mall. I find it very comfortable and very clean too.

Just a very limited time for the kitchen. Hopefully the time to extend until 12am instead of 10pm :)

it was great

friendly staff, clean rooms & restrooms! plus good buffet food, especially breakfast buffet! i love it

There's certain smell like a sewer in the lobby at night. and also when we turned on our aircon, it smelled like sewer. we asked the staff to check it but no one came :( but it was okay since we were not in the room the whole time.

Place is good but they need to improve their customer service

Clean and decent place to stay. Breakfast buffet is also good.

staff are not that accomodating, and doesn't know how to manage issue that we have encountered in such a way that guests won't get offended, or atleast pacify the situation, they are not apologetic. They need to improve their customer service.
