The unit has views of the ocean, beach, pool, and gardens/courtyard. The unit is covered with polished Italian marble flooring and it is impeccably decorated in neutral greys, tans and accent blues. There are several modern lighting fixtures, custom wall mirrors, a L-shaped couch and with loveseats, and shaggy throw rugs to add additional warmth and comfort. The main living room and the formal 8-seat dining area are bordered by 8 feet high sliding glass walls that fully open up to a covered balcony that accommodates an outdoor dining area and a sitting area with two couches and a outdoor cocktail table. THE BEDROOMS - the unit includes a MASTER BEDROOM SUITE with a queen size bed covered in luxury linens; and an exclusive private bathrooms including vanity sink, walk-in shower (with filtered water), and fully cedared walk-in closet. A SECOND BEDROOM includes two queen-sized beds; an exclusive bathroom with walk-in shower; cedared dual closets and luxury finishes/lighting. The THIRD BEDROOM includes a queen-size bed set up, exclusive bathroom with walk-in shower; cedared dual closets and luxury finishes. ALL BEDROOMS include blackout curtains, wall or desk mounted television sets, and ocean views. The LIVING AREA - boasts an open living area; a separate but open 6-seat formal dining area; and an open kitchen complete with an island with bar height chairs; stainless steel appliances; microwave, electric range, oven, filtered water cooler, coffee maker, toaster and all the cooking utensils, plates, or glasswear that anyone would need. There is also a fourth full-bathroom near the unit entrance; a separate enclosed laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer unit and storage space. The TECHNOLOGY (WiFi throughout) - The entire interior unit and its outdoor spaces (including the roof deck) are covered by an exclusive private WiFi network. This high speed network is supported by a Apple AirPort Extreme router that is cross compatible with most all systems and devices. In addition, there is a backup network that is maintained by the condomium association that may be accessed in the common areas including the poolside. The unit’s four new (4) flat screen televisions are mostly supported by a robust cable subscription that includes all of the English and Spanish speaking programming channels available and two soundbar speakers for wireless music connections and streaming. THE SERVICES - The unit Includes maid service who will clean the unit daily or as requested. In addition, the unit is located in the gated and secured Seawinds Condominium complex. As such, the property services includes two large and newly renovated residents/guests only pools. The pools and property is fully staffed with 24- hour security, maintenance workers, pool/beach attendants, full resort staff and an exclusive property manager . There is a a gym/workout room on-site and an island casual beach front restaurant (Tuva) right next door and many restaurants and shops within a short walk along the beach or a 5 minute car ride into town. Further, many services (private chefs, childcare, transportation, goceries, take-out excursions, etc.) can be arranged and/or facilitated through the Seawinds concierage or with the help of the units exclusive property managers. This is a must see.

We felt so so lucky to find this property! Communication with the owner and property manager was a breeze. They were super responsive, informative, and went out of their way to make sure it was a perfect stay. The property is exactly as pictured. The unit is very clean, well designed, and comfortable. The Seawinds property is super safe, spacious and beautiful. The pool is great and right on the beach!! We will definitely be back!!!

Best family vacation ever!

Best family vacation ever!

Everything about our experience was superb - from the location, layout of the unit and property, on to the top notch amenities. I would give Zen Breezes my highest recommendation. There is more than enough room for our family of four, which includes two boys aged 11 and 7. The unit has everything that you could possibly need to make your stay luxurious - from the beautifully appointed kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms, to the great entertainment system and overall attention to detail. The property is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff did a great job cleaning our unit, including dishes left in the kitchen, on a daily basis. The outdoor area, which includes a playground, pool, bar/restaurant and beach, also make for a memorable visit. (I can't say enough about the staff, all of whom were friendly and responsive to our every need. The owner has not only done a fantastic job with the property, but has also put together an exemplary team.) The location is great, allowing for a quick walk to a coffee shop or a 15-20 minute walk along the beach into town. When we were not relaxing/playing around the pool and beach or horse back riding, power snorkeling and a trip to the falls were not far and were also terrific. Go if you can!

Awesome Luxury Beachfront Condo Family Vacation

Our family, including two kids ages 7&11 had the pleasure of staying in this fabulous beachfront condo for a week this summer. The condo is beautiful, had everything we could possibly need, had beautiful pools and beach. It was the perfect location--both safe and private but also convenient to many nearby attractions. The beachfront and pools offered a great place for us to play and relax. They were beautiful, private, clean and quiet. We spent our days relaxing at the pools, playing on the beachfront, or taking pre-arranged trips to the waterfalls and power snorkeling. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and was incredibly helpful arranging activities that we wanted off the property. And the chefs! We had amazing dinners cooked by a private chef. The chef would ask for requests, buy fresh ingredients, and cook incredible meals. Alternatively, you can purchase groceries at a nearby store and cook for yourself, go next door to the amazing restaurant, grab a bite to eat at the pool, or stroll down the beach or into town to some great restaurants. I would highly recommend this condo! From the property, to the customer service, the location and activities--all were top-notch!

Outstanding Luxury Condo Steps From The Beach!!!

I've had the pleasure of staying at Zen Breezes three times and it is an absolutely spectacular condo in a fantastic location. The unit has high end finishes throughout including dedicated WiFi, flat screen TVs with cable, washer / dryer, and nice appliances in the kitchen. It's a very private unit with amazing views located only steps from the beach and the pool. It's the perfect place if you're traveling with your family! The location is perfect if you seek easy access to the ocean. The property sits on a quiet stretch of beach in Cabarete and the units are only steps from pool. You have get a front row seat to the kite-surfers taking advantage of the trade winds that blow through the area. The onsite restaurant Tuva is outstanding and a great place to grab a drink or pick up a nice bottle of wine to enjoy by the pool. The resort is quiet with lots of room for kids to roam. If you're looking for nightlife, its a quick walk down the beach to get to downtown Cabarete. The owners and staff are fantastic! Very responsive to support requests and they provide you with access to their property managers who can help you coordinate anything you need! We leverage them to book dinner reservations, private chefs, spa services, and excursions. They cater to your every need! We have had nothing but amazing experiences working with the Zen Breezes team and are looking forward to our next visit!
