The Premier Inn's fab standard of comfort. The staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful! Location very handy to the S Bahn trains, which from there you could travel all around Munich and further afield.
The room was quite small with not a lot of storage space (no wardrobe or drawers for clothing). However as we were only staying for a few days, it was manageable. Not a fan of the frosted window that separated the sleeping area and the bathroom - not very private if staying with friends rather than a spouse.

so we checked in on the 30th of August and our phones ran completely out of battery including our power banks. This ruined a days worth of touristing as none of the shops were open due to it being a Sunday. When we came back in the evening, a south asian gentleman at the reception charged our power banks and saved our trip. Thanks to him, we made it a trip to remember. The guy deserves a raise for helping two stranded strangers.

Nice facilities , modern and clean
Whole area around the nearby train station was under construction. Getting to the hotel was quite difficult.

The place was quite clean and the beds were confortable. The staff was super nice and the breakfast was also very good with quite some nice choices, smth not routine in Munich. The station of Laim was qutie close (despite it being under construction).
The rooms overall are not ergonomic at all. No wardrome - the hanging is done on the wall. No proper towel holder in the bathroom - the holding is done by a stump on the wall. No proper door for the bathroom - there is a biiig hole in the bathroom door where everybody can seen you poop - not funy at all. No place to put your soap/showe jel while showering - you've got the ground, that should be enough. I guess thats why the price is better than the hotels around...
