Located in Wildwood, this attractive condo for $360 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Looking for a place to hang your hat while staying in Wildwood? Look no further, you've found your home away from home! Our beautiful condo has the amenities you'll need to make your stay as pleasant as possible, whether your here for a quick weekend stay or a week long getaway! There is nothing like having your morning coffee on our balcony with that ocean breeze, heading over to the beach for some fun in the sun, and coming back to sleep in pure comfort. Located a mere 1 block from the famous Boardwalk and long stretches of fun-filled beach, your only problem will be whether or not you can extend your stay with us! We take great pride in offering you a clean and relaxing environment so that you will make our condo the place to stay while vacationing in Wildwood! * Renters must be at least 25 years of age. If renters give wrong information about the age who is under 25 years old to rental the property owner will be canceled the reservation without payment refunds. If extra guest is staying renter has to have approval from the property owner. we have parking garage. you can park 2 cars front and back. it's one car garage door. it will be better not to bring big cars like pick up truck size. SUV will be ok. * Families are ALWAYS WELCOME! * Guests are required to bring their own sheets and towels. * No smoking inside of the condo please, be courteous to our future guests.

The condo was beautiful. There were a lot of steps up to it which we were warned about prior to booking. Getting in and out of the garage was difficult because it was a tight space. But the condo was very clean, beautiful, and at an excellent location. It was perfect for my 81 year old mother to walk to the beach. The hosts were in touch regularly and everything related to checking in and out was so easy!!

A very nice property with a great location. The condo was clean and serviceable, and had everything we needed. Parking, however, is practically impossible if your vehicle is bigger than a small SUV. We had to purchase a permit from the city for $150 for the week. I wish I had been told of that in advance. Other than that, I would definitely use this property again.

We stayed at this property for our daughters dance competition. The listing was very accurate. Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was great! Two blocks to the beach. The property manager was in communication during the check-in process and when we exited. Overall I highly recommend!

The place was nice, spacious, and clean. The owners were very helpful. The garage is hard to park in, but the owners were helpful with that and told us it’s better to back the car in.

Very nice condo. Pleasantly surprised by the size of it. Amenities inside were excellent. Location is near the beach, restaurants, shopping, and boardwalk. View off balcony isn't that good, but that's really the only drawback. Walk 1 block and you are on the beach. Bring a cart or something to lug your stuff to the beach. The beach is extremely deep there, so its is a long walk to get to the ocean once you get to the boardwalk. Drive 20 minutes to Cape May and shop on Washington Street. There is a winery and brewery over there too.

No trash or extra "stuff" (food in the fridge, items left on countertops, etc) can be left per the cleaning company guidelines. The property has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, FYI.

This is our second year staying at this property and it is now our annual tradition. Our small children call this their "Vacation Home" which is the perfect way to describe it because it truly feels like a home instead of a rental house! It is super clean, with lots of room (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms!) There are stairs to go up, but it is great being on the top floor as no one is above us. On Fridays, you can see the boardwalk fireworks from the balcony! It feels secure knowing there is an indoor garage space for your car and beach supplies. It is close to the famous Wildwood sign with beach balls. And only a few blocks from amazing ice cream at Sea Shell! The owners are fantastic to work with and communicate well.

The place was very nice! Jongmi was an excellent host who was very helpful. Location is just a block or two away from the beach. You can see the Friday night fireworks on the boardwalk from the balcony!
Her house was incredibly clean and there are three full bathrooms. Thanks for a lovely vacation at your place!

Most of the house in Wildwoods are like places for partying, not much of furniture nor decoration, but a place to sleep. However, this house was very nicely decorated. Make you feel like home. It has 3 bedrooms with 3 baths, perfect for our group of 6. The house is very close to the boardwalk. We could see the 4th of July fireworks from the terrace. The house was very clean. The central A/C was great plus in the hot summer days. Many good restaurants in walking distance.
Word of advise for the future guests, please put away every single item back to where it belongs. We consider ourselves very thoughtful guests. We always left our shoes outside the door. We washed off sands, before entering the house, and never touched any decorations in the house. All the trashes were taken to dumper, after we checked out. However, after we checked out, we got the messages from the host saying that for many year of renting, this is the first time the place left as this condition, along with 3 photos forwarded from the cleaning lady, one picture with clean dished on the drying rack, one picture of clean pots on the stove, and 2 empty soda bottles left under the sink cabinet, which we forgot the remove, because left out for recycle. Apparently the cleaning company they use does not put away anything for her. Hence, anything not put back to original places, will incur extra charge for the host, and down to the guests. To be fair, the host did reminded us many times that everything needs to be put back to the original place. We washed the dishes and pots right before checking out, and naturally thought they should be in the drying rack. The host was very nice, and called to explain to us, and she actually did not charge us the extra cleaning fee the cleaning company charged her. So, for yours and host's sake, remember to put everything back to where they were, before check out. The cleaning company they use will charge you a lot for cleaning fee, but will try to charge more, if to put back clean dishes to the cabinets. I will give the host 5 star, and the cleaning company they use, 1 star.

This was our first trip of the summer and it was amazing. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Location is excellent, close to boardwalk and beach, especially with a bunch of littles. Property owner was very kind and helpful staying in contact with us during the trip incase we needed anything. We will definitely be back and will recommend to others.

This condo is close to the beach and boardwalk. It was nice to have three bathrooms with tub and shower. Kitchen is fully equipped. But, the screen door to the balcony is hard to open. Once you go out to the balcony, you can see the board walk and beach. You have to climb the stairs to get to this unit because it’s in the second floor. The parking garage’s entrance is very small. So you need to bring a small car. FYI, there are a lot of loud cars in the Wildwoods. That scares my kids. Other than that, it was nice trip and we had a great time.

Layout of home was perfect. We loved the fact that there was 3 bathroom & 2 of them where connected to 2 of the bedrooms. Owners were very nice. I thought it was so nice when they texted me the first morning just to say they hoped we all had a good night sleep.

The condo was nice and clean when we arrived. The location is on a busy street in the middle of Wildwood so I knew it would be a bit hectic- the motel across the street was a bit loud over the weekend with music and people shouting but once the weekend was over it was more quiet. The parking was a bit troubling. I have a large SUV and it was very difficult to park in the garage. Helpful hit- I was able to buy a metered parking pass for the entire week for just $50 and park right in front of the condo and anywhere in Wildwood. Just go to the City Clerks Office to buy one. Owner was very responsive to my text questions.

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped property. 3rd floor walkup isn’t for everyone, but was fine for us. Good location, close to Wildwoods Convention Ctr. Easy access to boardwalk and ginormous beach. Garage narrow but wonderful to have secure off-street parking. Lots of communication from the homeowner. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was exactly as described in the listing. Everything was neat and clean. It’s only a block from the beach which made it more convenient lugging 2 small kids and all the stuff that goes with them. Having a 2 car garage was a wonderful thing, however, if I HAD to mention a negative (there are 2, which were minor in my opinion) the garage is a tight squeeze for larger SUV’s. The other negative is the stairs going up. We had no issues with them but others might. The owners were super friendly and great with communication from the time we booked up until the day we checked out. Aside from the 2 minor negatives, overall, our stay here was everything we expected. We had a great vacation here.

The house is at great location, one can just walk to the beach, exactly 10 min drive to Cape May so location wise it's a 5 star.
Home is at 3rd floor so definitely something you won't choose if you have any elder person coming to stay here.
Once you get to the home it's clean and has abundant furniture. But I had following issues:
1) Once you get to the kitchen you will only find dinner set and glasses, except that you will get nothing here so you have to get to grocery store to buy everything whatever you need for kitchen. Have been to many BNB and this was the first time we found a kitchen so empty.
2) Water heater was off, when we complained about it then owner asked us to turn on the switch.
3) Trash bags, dishwash soap etc were at minimum quantity, we thankfully got out trash bags.
So I will recommend anyone flying by air not to book this place as you have to get your sheets and other basic stuffs.
Overall the stay was nice, would have been great if the house was not treated in a cheap way.
