The host was extremely patient and accommodating, waiting for us even though we were late and had to change our arrival time several times. The room was clean, the facilities were good, and the air conditioning was a great plus as it was quiet and worked very well. The location was excellent, and the apartment was very quiet, making it a very comfortable stay.
I would have appreciated having basic items such as tea, coffee, and toiletries provided by the host. The fact that these items were left by previous guests rather than provided by the host was not ideal.

La taille correcte du logement, sa propreté et son emplacement.
Seul petit bémol : le fait d’être au fond d’une cour avec vis à vis donc pas vraiment de possibilité d’ouvrir les rideaux, même si c’était plutôt calme (mais un peu sombre du coup).

The location is excellent. It is very central, near shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. It is also very close to the train station, which can be reached on foot in 15/20 minutes. Also, the WiFi had a great, stable connection. Despite being central, the room is quite quiet (although you can hear the neighbours upstairs).
The place is not in its best shape. It smelt of mould and had peeling walls. The shutters in the bathroom did not work, so the room was bright from 5AM. Also, the apartment was not clean. We had to wash all the dishes (as some had clearly been used and not washed up!) and there was dust throughout the flat. Moreover, the host only left us 1 large towel each and 1 roll of toilet paper (for 2 people!), which is insufficient for a 5-night stay. The host could have asked us whether we wanted a mid-stay refresh of towels and bedding, or more toilet paper. Also, the toiletries consisted only of shower gel, so I had to buy shampoo and conditioner. We were never provided with instructions on how and where to dispose of the rubbish, especially since Italy has strict recycling rules, so we ended up accumulating bags of trash. The place also had many mosquitoes, as expected for the season; I encourage the owners to provide mosquito-repellent tablets. Given the price, I'll stay somewhere else next time.
