The host is very responsive even though they aren’t on site. The room was spacious enough and clean. There was even options to leave your bag if you needed to before and after checkout and check in which was great

Easy check in online, you receive the door codes on email. The place seems very clean and nice, simple decor. The room has a small kitchenette which was really nice: microwave oven, kettle, pots, toaster, cups and plates... Bed was comfotable. There is AC if you need that. Bathroom was nice.
Allergy warning! The room was full of artificial scents that are toxic and give me migraines. I wish hotels and BnBs would stop using them; they are terrible. I had to keep the window open to let the smell out despite the heat wave outside.

Room was decorated nicely, and both room and bathroom were clean. Location (aside from the noise issue) was really great - at the top of the hill so a walk down into town for drinks or dinner, with lots of bars and restaurants close by.
Check in online was easy.
The noise - we had a room at the front of the property and could hear everything from the street, every passing car, every whisper, especially the drunk group stumbling home yelling at 6am.
Room was also a little small, only three hangers and no drawers.
