Located in Garden City, this attractive house for $511 per night is a great choice for your next trip. OUR RATES INCLUDE LINENS FOR ALL BEDS, BATH AND HAND TOWELS, WASH CLOTHS FOR UP TO 16 PEOPLE, BATH MATS, KITCHEN TOWELS, CLEANING, FEES, AND USE OF 2 GOLF CARTS. ADDITIONAL LINEN CHARGE APPLIES IF MORE THAN 16 PEOPLE. NO PETS ALLOWED AND NO SMOKING. This 5 bedroom beach house has all the amenities you are looking for. Located in Bermuda Bay in Oceanside Village in Surfside Beach, it is the perfect spot for all your vacation needs. Just a 3 minute golf cart ride to the beach. Vinyl plank and ceramic flooring throughout 1st and 2nd levels. Carpeted 3rd floor loft. This beautiful home comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, spacious rooms, carpeted garage with sofas and a foosball table, 8 Flat Screen TV's. 3 of them are Smart TV's to enjoy Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. One in each living room and one in the loft, 2 golf carts to access all the on-site activities and beach without leaving the village. Also, this home can be split into 2 or 3 bedrooms with a lockout door for your privacy and convenience(Off Peak Only). The downstairs consists of 2 queen bedrooms and a queen size sofa-bed, a full bath, and a kitchen. The upstairs consists of 2 king bedrooms and a full-size futon, 2.5 baths, and a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen and spacious porch. The 3rd floor loft consists of 2 bunk beds, full size on the bottom and twin size on the top, and a full bath. Perfect room for children. Also available ar 2 air mattresses. You will also have access to beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy strolling through this private gated community with beautiful fishing lakes and an indoor/outdoor pool, and when going to the beautiful beaches of Surfside, you can park in a private lot specifically for Oceanside Village guests. Oceanside Village is located near Garden City and Murrells Inlet. Nearby attractions include restaurants, night entertainment, shopping, water parks, golf courses, miniature golf, fishing charters, piers, shows, aquariums, and museums for the whole family to enjoy. Golf courses nearby include Caledonia/True Blue, TPC, Blackmoor, International Club, Litchfield, Pawleys Plantation, Wachesaw East, and many others.

Overall condition of home was worn out. Everything. Furniture, rugs, house needed painting. Beds spreads were dirty and all needed to be washed. A bit disappointing. Definitely time to update and invest.

We have been coming to Oceanside Village and Bermuda Bay since my children were preteens and they are now in their 40’s and have teens of their own. Thank you Philip for renting us your home. It was all that was described in the description. We had a wonderful time. The golf carts added to a great beach experience and the teens loved them. The garage was set up was great also. My only suggestion would be to add another dresser on the third floor. We had 16 in our family and there was plenty of room for all of us, we could even find a little privacy when we needed it. Thank you again for a great vacation.

The village was nice. The house was perfect for our big family and the golf carts was wonderful to have. We took them to the beach and was able to drive back and forth to the pool, Basketball court and playground.

Description of property is spot on. Easy communication with owner with questions or concerns, very quick response. We had a wonderful time. Casa Bella was perfect for our family.

Had problems with the refrigerator and the AC unit went out and had to be replaced. The owner was quick to respond. Refrigerator was repaired and AC unit replaced.
We felt like with these inconveniences we should have been compensated, but the owner refused.
We have stayed at different Oceanside Village properties for over 10 years with good experiences.
There was confusion with the contract we signed regarding the deposit and what we paid- clarification of how the deposit is handled could have prevented our misunderstanding.

The cleanliness of the home was definitely not what one would expect. The carpets are filthy and there is an awful smell Going up the stairs from the bottom floor to the top floor. There are many updates that are needed such as simple maintenance fixes. A few toilet paper holders are broken, the beds need new mattress covers and are none too clean. We did bring our own bedding but not everyone would think to do so. The couches need cleaning and had stuffing coming out of them. Basically if you are a germs phobia you would complain about your stay here. Everyone of us either fell or almost fell in the outside steps. They are not evenly spaced and definitely not good for the elderly or young children. Although must say the porch and sitting outside on it was awesome. The back patio was nice and we enjoyed our visits geese daily. The 4 seater golf cart only stays charged for 40 minutes which was fine by us to use to go back and forth to the pool. The limo golf cart was awesome. If the filthy carpets were removed and replaced with any type of flooring and the furniture was cleaned and the smell from the steps going from the lower level to the upper level was removed we would definitely stay here again. Like I said we all loved the neighborhood.

Great property, close proximity to the beach. Great house. Linens were fresh back from the laundry and waiting for us in the foyer upon check in. Made the beds and we were ready for the week!

A group of 15 of us went down for our annual vacation at Surfside Beach! We have stayed inside Oceanside Village many times, but this is our first time staying in Georges Bay! Communication with Phillip was easy and we always had a quick reply! The house was absolutely beautiful! Tons of kitchen space! With 3 separate floors, we were all able to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other! The 2 golf carts were a HUGE plus for us! The kids loved going for rides!! We also enjoyed the included boogie boards, umbrellas, and sand toys!! Everyone loved sitting out on the front porch to relax or read! We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The location is fantastic, close to all the amenities of the beach but feels far away from the crowds. Access to the golf carts is a huge benefit! The home is well cared for and feels warm and welcoming. Great value, we would definitely stay again.

Having a golf cart right There and accessible was definitely a plus in this community.So happy it was included in our rental. We felt right at home. My only downfall is I myself I should’ve researched the off-season for the attractions around the community. Even though things are closed down we still had a wonderful time with the kids venturing down to North Myrtle and plenty of family time and beautiful beach at Surfside..

We have stayed at oceanside village before in a smaller home for our family of 5. This time we had 14 and this gone was perfect. It gave grandparents their own space and plenty of room to spread out. All the boys loved having the room upstairs. Would stay here again!!!!

The location of the house was absolutely perfect. We had 3 families with 7 kids between ages 2-13. The bedrooms were fantastic, especially the loft room with bunk beds for the 4 girls. The golf carts were a huge bonus when we chose this location for ease getting to and from the beach. It was a quick ride there and back and had plenty of room for everyone and our things. The supplied beach chairs were also appreciated. The kids also really enjoyed the pool/splash pad. The house was very clean when we arrived and we had no issues with getting in or with any of the appliances. We have already talked about booking our future vacations at this location!

We walked in, clean linens and towels. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook with, very spacious, beds were all comfortable, 2 brand new golf carts. Everything was nice!!

Everything we needed was provided which made it a great stay. With 5 adults and 3 kids having a 6 and 4 passenger golf cart worked out fantastic for us. 2 items, need a different tea pot, the one there is extremely difficult to pour water out of with spilling water and almost getting burned. Would be great if there was a pod coffee maker available.

The house was excellent. So much room and all the extras to include golf carts, OV amenities and the host was very responsive and helpful with questions. Wish we would’ve booked for an additional week. We’ve stayed in several places in OV over the yrs and this made top of our list!!! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Bella. The house is beautiful and quite large. We had 14 people staying and everyone had plenty of room. The golf carts were a hit and useful in getting to and from the beach and pools. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was wonderful! We had so much room and privacy. We had a group of all ages and we all enjoyed the community, house, and all amenities. Our kids LOVED the pool area. The location was more residential, which is what we wanted, it was just a quick 30 minute drive to all the Hussle and bussle of Myrtle Beach. Tons of things to do! We will definitely be back!

Arrived at property and it was locked instead of being open as per the check-in process. I called Philip and he got me inside immediately and the vacation just cruised from there. Nice home in a nice area with access to pools, pickleball, and the ocean. We had a great stay and would return.

Casa Bella was a perfect spot for our family’s spring break. There were 7 of us which included 4 adults and 3 kids. We didn’t even use the basement level since there was so much room on the other two floors. The place was super clean, the check in process couldn’t be easier since Philip sent us parking cards prior in the mail. The two golf carts were a hit and super helpful for the mile ride to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and had a lot of amenities. The outdoor pool just opened towards the end of our stay but it was too cold to use. The indoor pool was great for the kids. I would highly recommend Casa Bella!

We stayed dec 26 2020 until jan 2 2021.we had 9 of us. There was plenty of room.everything was great.weather was upper 50s to lower 60s.we enjoyed riding around on golf cart.we rode it to the beach once and the kids played in the sand. The indoor pool was a hit as the playground.there are alot of ammenities included that we didn't use.bikes were provided,but we didn't use them.we would definitely go back.we had very rapid response from Philip when we had a few questions.its a great place to go.there were no disappointments,its as the listing shows.thanks again philip,we will be back
