Thw bar downstairs was great and location was great
The buffet food every day was barely warm, more on the cold side.
The window in the room was lealing after rain
The bathroom shower screen kept falling off
Bell boy doesn't speak English to help with taxi when you have a lot of international guests.
Plus, the staff wanted to charge me for getting hair colour on the towel after I washed my hair. It was 1 towel, and I never had thos experience elsewhere.
The carpets are old, and the hotel smells musty.
The food in the restaurant 3rd floor is below average. The meat is so chewy and not enjoyable.
