Very nice comfortable hotel in a great location. The housekeeping staff in particular were super helpful, each day leaving small items to make our stay more comfortable

Nice big room and clean with good facilities. Very close to subway station and easy walk to main shopping area.
The room air con wasn’t great, the breakfast was ok.

The hotel room was very spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The cleaning staff were exceptional — towels and sheets were changed regularly, water was constantly refreshed, and lovely personal messages were left. The room was very clean, and the overall service was efficient and attentive.
The gym opening hours could have been slightly earlier, but this is only a personal preference. Otherwise, everything was excellent and I was very happy with the overall experience.

The hotel is in a perfect location for commuting, the metro is only a 3 minute walk from the hotel entrance. The staff are very helpful and efficient. We were on floor 9 and the room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast spread was vast, unfortunately not to my taste.
