The location was right in the centre of Brussels but very quiet. Edmund had two cats which visited us from to time, they very cute

Comfort, size of room, coffee and light breakfast food availability, hospitality from Edmund, location.
Bugs in the courtyard but that’s mainly from heat and time of year.
