We absolutely loved our stay at Boutique Villa Filaus. Our room was exceptionally clean, spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless and very well maintained. We also really enjoyed having a balcony. The capsule coffee machine, coffee, and tea provided in the room were such thoughtful touches.
Having convenient parking was a huge advantage for us, especially when travelling by car in Dubrovnik.
What made our stay even more special was Anita, who takes care of the property. She was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful, and we absolutely loved her! She helped us with everything we needed, and her recommendations for restaurants and places to visit were excellent.
We also loved the Lapad area. There are many great restaurants nearby with delicious food, and getting to Dubrovnik Old Town is very easy. Bus No. 6 takes you directly there, and the bus stop is only about a 3-minute walk from the property. It was perfect for leaving our car at the property and exploring the Old Town without worrying about parking.
Everything exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, location, and hospitality. If we return to Dubrovnik, we would definitely love to stay here again. ❤️

A very spacious apartment, that was clean and comfortable. The pool and outdoor area is lovely to come back to after a a day out exploring. The staff are very helpful and helped make our stay very enjoyable. The apartment is close to many restaurants and easy bus ride to all the places we wanted to visit.
