Bernard is a wonderful person with many great qualities. The food was perfect, and it was great to hear about his knowledge of nature and sports. I really liked the setting and how clean the place was. You can tell he pays attention to these details, and that’s rare these days.
I don't have anything to say about that. Except that the weather wasn't great. I loved everything else.

It is not our first at with Bernie! The guy is just awesome. Takes such good care of us, makes it always a special moment for my wife and I. The eggs for breakfast are just perfectly cooked to our liking, the steak he gets some locals is just INCREDIBLE. This time the weather was super warm but thanks to his HVAC the house was perfectly ventilated even during the hot weather and we could sleep like babies. Additionally I had been injured on my back so was looking for a little firmer bed and he was able to help me out as well! In short, we are really looking forward to going back as soon as we can in this little paradise in the Belgian Ardennes... :D

The host was very friendly and helpful. He also offered homemade food and breakfast which was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, with really nice pillows. The shower, sauna and toilets were all great.
We specifically chose this place because it was listed as having air conditioning which was very important for us during a very hot weekend with our newborn baby. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning and the TV was broken. The house was simply hot despite the owner explaining that it was designed to stay cool in summer.
The listing should accurately represent what is available at the property.
