Location is excellent. Marija is a lovely host. Very helpful but also extremely respectful of one’s privacy. It’s an excellent set up for solo travel as she is close to the studio. The bed is comfortable, apartment is spotless. Good shower, lovely terrace. Buses on the doorstep. Beach 10 minutes away.

The apartment has enough utensils to cook. It was small, but cosy enough for my rather long stay for 9 nights. Also I absolutely loved that it is slightly away from the road so nights were quiet and peaceful without the noise of cars or bars.
This is my second time in Dubrovnik and I find this location to be perfect. Bellevue beach is at a walking distance, there is a bus stop near the apartment and it’s easy to take bus 4 to Uvala Lapad beach (suitable for those who struggle with stairs) and Banje beach with amazing Old Town view. Old Town is also at a walking distance, but I was using Dubrovnik pass for bus rides.
Marija was hospitable and helpful.

Easy remote check in from the owner who was away for work when we checked in. She provided us with videos and photos, and explained ways we could get there from the airport. She also had left us a snack and coffee pods to use the espresso machine. Location was a nice walk into the centre, I’d say about 15mins. There was also a nice local bakery right by. But the best part was the bed, very comfortable, and the location was nice and quiet. We had a great sleep before continuing on with our stay.

la localisation : tout était à proximité que ce soit le centre ville à 4 minutes en bus, le plage à 10 minutes à pied, des markets et des restaurants dans la même ruepetit + : pleins de petit produits de salle de bain à notre arrivée (rasoir, protection hygiénique, deo, brosse a dent…)
une moustiquaire aurait été agréable
