Our room had a terrace with stunning sunset views

The staff were professional and accommodating. Helpful too.

It’s not that I didn’t like anything it’s it was totally overpriced. E180 and no AC, no fridge in the room which was comfortable but basic is overpriced. If it were E80, fantastic but E180 simply too expensive.

The view from the room and terrace was very nice. The room was clean. Good breakfast.

First it was super hot at the room (let alone the bathroom) even if the AC and also ventilator were on. Some facilities were almost non-functional (bathroom door, socket, light on the stairs). The bathroom was very dark because there was only one light. Above the toilet was the beam so you can't stand up there. No elevator. I hope the other rooms are fine.

The staff is friendly. Enjoyed the free drink and the venue where it was hosted. Great location.

Lack of AC and beds where 2 singles next to one another. Finally the tap on the bidet was loose (we forgot to mention this earlier to the staff, since it didn't affect our overall experiance)

Unique building with a lot of history. It was clean and very comfortable.

It is not bad because is a historical building, but without an elevator to go until 3rd floor, it could be annoyed if you have heavy luggage.

The place is marvelous, clean and comfortable.

The lady who was on the reception. She could see we are pilgrims, very-very tired. But she just talked and talked and didn't take into consideration that the one who is walking 197 kms is not interested in buying perfumes and other staff just take a shower and rest. It is a pity as less is sometimes more...

Mario at check-in was lovely, upgraded us for a great price (was open to negotiation!) To the main premium accommodation & room. Room was beautiful and spacious, and quiet, location in town was amazing and breakfast in the restaurant was fantastic (with hot options) Great communication on WhatsApp before arrival

They had a bike storage area which was great but charged extra (5e per bike)

No a/c in the room

The breakfast was luxuriant and highly appreciated as we were going to Radicofani through la via Francigena. The location was at the very center of the city Everything was clean and the hotel quiet enough

The place owner has various hotels and shops across the centro storico such that the staff is always trying to persuade you to go to another place owned by the family, they call it cross-selling. Wi-fi did not work inside the room

AC non-functional, unbearably hot, so far the worst night during the vacation

Staff was mostly nice.

They made us move our booked rooms (called it an "upgrade") to a house outside the city centre. Breakfast was pre-portioned airline food in plastic and paper wrappings. The staff was nice serving it, but it didn't make the food any better. For additional items like eggs etc. you would have had to pay. the AC in the room didn't work. They charged a ridiculous 10 Euros of parking fees for 2 bicycles on the property (that wasn't even closed at night!). There was an additional 20 Euro fee for a dog.

The room is beautifully painted and decorated There is a free parking close by There is a nice view towards the fields of Val d'Orcia

There was no wifi The restaurant where breakfast was served felt a bit too crowded to be covid safe.
