The breakfast buffet was very delicious, they cleaned the room daily. Staffs lined up at front to greet and helped to get every needs

breakfast on the terrace with a view of the canal, laundry service, possibility to buy drinks, restaurant on the spot (although a few things were not, although they are on the menu, e. g. fish), clean rooms, large bathroom, helpful staff

View of the canal! Fun to watch --- but very very noisy. Rooftop breakfast buffet has amazing views. Short walk to the night market.
No lift. Okay for us, but not for someone with mobility problems. The booking.com description isn't accurate about which rooms have views. If you want a room with a view and terrace, expect to pay more for deluxe.

The staff were polite and friendly. Communal areas were luxurious.Good views.
The Wi-Fi was patchy. The Air Conditioning barely functioned and the heat kept me awake until 4am. The bathroom looked old and smelled mouldy.
