The cafe on the ground level is clean and well maintained. They have a rather decent menu and the food is always presented so prettily.
The staff are warm and welcoming. The dorm rooms (4 Bed Dorm) were clean and the provided luggage storage was really nice.
No washer / dryer. Which is fine. But there needs to be an iron/iron board.
The shower heads need descaling (nothing that soaking in a little vinegar and dish soap won't fix) so that they don't look or feel dirty.
The common area on the mezzanine floor felt like it was being run as a storage space for long-stay guests who were conducting a business there.
The fridge needed desperate cleaning.

The location, the staff was really nice. They have a nice cafe in the first floor. Beds were nice
The smell in the bathrooms was horrible, living room was messy and full of bags of clothes and stuff. Place was a little bit uncomfortable in general
