We had a great stay. The host is is very nice and helpful. The apartment has history, is clean, well equipped with everything that was needed for a one week stay. The location is excellent, everything is in walking distance.
Through the floor/ceiling the neighbours were noisy (so were we from their perspective). Tourists outside were noisy, too. Even at late night. A good pair of earplugs is essential.

Great location. Tidy flat. Easy to deal with host.
Only 1 bathroom, second bedroom only reachable through the first. Though we did know this in advance.

Location was excellent, near to everything in the old town. Loads of restaurants just round the corner. The bathroom was narrow but the shower was really good and plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well equipped . Although you had to go through one bedroom to get to the 2nd one, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of wardrobe space and hangers.
Quite a lot of steps to get to the apartment, although that's hard to avoid in Dubrovnik!
