If you are looking for a simple but well considered little AIRBNB, look no further. The host, Miranda, waited till around 12 for us to arrive and greeted us warmly. She then proceeded to inform us about the basics of navigating Dubrovnik. Her warmth and willingness to help sets her apart. The place itself, whilst simply decorated and furnished, was clean and felt that way too. Finally, we were pleasantly surprised by the towels which we hadn't expected - saved us from buying some once we got there.
The location was close to a bus stop which took you directly to what you are visiting Dubrovnik as a tourist for - reasonably priced, well located and clean.

It is between the old town, the beach and the ferry port. 30 min walk or short bus ride to the old town, 15 min walk to the beach., 15 min walk to the ferry. It has al amenities.
The patio is outside off apartment.

"The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a lovely terrace offering great views. The location was convenient—just 10–12 minutes from Pile Gate and about 30 minutes from the airport..."
