Stayed here for an October wedding. The property has plenty of space, very clean and comfortable. Good location. Communication with owner was great, and the price was great.

Waterville Valley is beautiful, and Jennifer responded promptly to all communications. We used the condo for two nights in July with our two sons (7 and 9.5). The condo was very hot with no AC, which was a bit uncomfortable but somewhat manageable with the fans. Jennifer was hesitant to rent to us because she thought we were wedding guests at first who she said have a tendency to make a mess. Unfortunately she wanted to keep our security deposit because of a small blue stain (size of a dime) she found on her rug after our stay. I would recommend avoiding this rental if you have kids or are at all concerned about the slightest spill or mess.

A few friends and I attended The Warrior Conference in Waterville Valley and we could not have been happier with our stay. The condo we rented was perfect size for five grown men. We had everything we needed and then some. The instructions for check in and check out were easy to follow, the beds were comfortable, and it was the perfect place to come back to at the end of the day. If your going to stay in Waterville, I would recomend stay here.

Jennifer's place absolutely fit the bill for our party of 4 adults and an 18 month old. There is a lovely master suite upstairs with a big bathroom and a bunk room. On the main floor is a 3rd bedroom along with a bath and an open living room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped as was the rest of the condo for a comfortable stay. Jennifer is very responsive and gave us thorough instructions. The living room furniture was quite new and was very comfortable for lounging after a day outside. The condo is positioned with lovely views of the woods. The Waterville Recreation Center is just down the hill and it is a short walk to the Athletic Club and a little further to the village center. A bonus for us cross country skiers is easy access to the trails from just down the road.

This is perfect spot to enjoy Waterville valley ski resort. Just minutes away from the mountain and the the village. This place has plenty of space and everything you need. We truly enjoyed or stay.

The property was excellent and fit our needs as a family of 5. The condo was very clean and well-appointed. The location was an easy drive, or 15 min walk to the center of town. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was prompt and thorough. Would definitely stay here again.

Daughter's wedding over 90 guests staying at numerous locations in Waterville Valley, N.H. Heard complaints about other hotels and condominiums, I had no issues. Some of our friends and family came by to say goodbye. When they saw our unit, they said by far we made the perfect. Great sleeping accommodations, plenty of closet space and lots of living space

Clean and well maintained condo with everything we needed. Owner was super accommodating and provided helpful tips for the area. Access to the Nordic trails are a quick walk from the condo - the only reason I gave location a 4 out 5 stars is because my daughter likes being in the Village but this location is perfect otherwise. Coyote Grill and Health Club around the corner. Parking right outside the condo, ski storage, well laid out hang out space with cool gas fire place that generates heat and comfortable beds. Wifi and Roku TV too! We look forward to going back next winter!

We rented for almost a week during Christmas break and really enjoyed our stay! The condo is very well laid out and is very cozy and clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and we prepared our meals almost every day. The living room has a nice modern fireplace and peaceful views of the national forest through the large windows. Loved the quick and easy access to the xc ski trails, the location of this condo is perfect for skiing. Jennifer is a great host and very easy to communicate with. We'll definitely try to stay here again in the future!

Had a great weekend up at Waterville Valley at this condo. We were pleasantly surprised with the size and setup of the place! Can't wait to rent again and enjoy the valley! The check in and check out was very easy. The owner was super nice and always responded promptly to any questions I had and even warned us about the potential for some bad weather during our stay (Thankful that it was overnight!) Thanks Jennifer!

Great place with wonderful qualities. First floor open floor plan great for family dinners and conversations. Both showers high enough for our tall family. Convenient to have washer dryer in-house. Great locations....just a few minute walk to town square and just up the hill from the community garden, the Curious George house, and the rec center where you can purchase annual park parking pass. I think the fact that the owner uses this townhouse makes it feel like a home. Would definitely recommend.

We’ve been going to the Valley for many years and have rented many different condos (including seasonally)...and this property is definitely the best by far. Besides being in the best location (we love being right near the xc trails), this Forest Rim condo had everything we need for a cozy, fun family ski vacation week. Well-stocked, with ample pantry space, comfortable beds, plenty of linens, and a nice entry way with storage space, hooks & closet, boot trays-yay!) and a bench. It’s outfitted as a ski condo & is designed for a family—all important when renting for a ski vacation. Most of all, this was the cleanest condo we have ever rented in the Valley....walking in at the start of a week away (preparing to unload a car’s worth of gear & food) & not having to clean bathrooms and the fridge and kitchen to prepare for our stay was so lovely! The place sparkled and welcomed us. We greatly enjoyed our week’s stay at Jennifer’s condo at Forest Rim and will absolutely rent there again. Thank you!
