One area featuring a theatre sectional with footrests and 75” Flat screen TV to enjoy after that long day on the beach. Or alternatively sit at the other end with drinks to enjoy the views of the ocean and beach and of course the glorious sunsets. There is also a newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops. The Kitchen, which includes a breakfast island, opens to the secondary 15’x15’ dining area, with wonderful ocean views. Truly one of a kind! The Following *Required Fees are included in the total cost. *Required $200 Departure Cleaning Fee. CANCELLATION POLICY: ~Cancel 91 days or more prior to arrival date, guest will receive a full refund less a $250 admin fee. ~Cancel 31-90 days prior to arrival receive full reservation credit for a future booking valid for 1 year (less any booking fees).
