This apartment was cozy and really beautiful with all the original art on the walls. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen and the supply of tea and coffee ready for us. This apartment is walking distance from everything you could want, shops, restaurants even movie theaters.

My friends and I, UM alumni, enjoyed a weekend back in Ann Arbor. Great location and the owner was responsive. We have two areas of criticism. Because the building is on the older side, some amenities weren't as modern as we expected. The shower had separate hot and cold faucets and it was hard to get in and out because of the layout of the doors. Also, the TV only had an HD antenna, although it was a smart TV. It took an engineer a couple hours to get reception. Even then, we had to put the antenna in a specific spot to keep the picture. Finally, we heard sirens late each night. I'm not sure if this is the norm in this neighborhood or if we got unlucky. Overall, I recommend this property. The critiques are minor vs. the positives.

Place was exactly as advertised in the middle of everything. Within walking distance to restaurants and to Central Campus. You won’t need a car and although it’s a challenge getting into the garage, you will thankful for it with the limited free parking near by. Nina was extremely helpful. We look forward to going back soon

Amazing location. Easy walk to everything, literally just outside your door. Tons of historical charm. Our first time to Ann Arbor and this place was a gem! Nina, the host is great. Wish we stayed a week. Will definitely be back.

The place was great - big, clean, beautifully furnished…lots of little touches that made it feel like home. Loved being able to walk everywhere…even to the campus!! We ate our way through Ann Arbor - Zola’s for dinner, Stray Cat and Afternoon Delight for breakfast and Frita Bandita for lunch!! It was a great weekend!

Everything was perfect for our stay to celebrate our son’s graduation. Perfect location. Close to everything downtown. It was clean and has all the amenities needed. Even cotton pads for make up removal as I forgot mine! The Stray Hen just up the street has amazing breakfast food. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and would definitely go back. Thanks Nina. Your paintings are fabulous!

Awesome location! Host was amazing too. There was a freak snow storm and lots of branches down, damaging power lines among other things. Nina was all over it, having local help respond to the house. Cozy apartment, could easily sleep 6 adults. Will be back again, fair pricing too! Would highly recommend.

Great apartment right downtown and nice to have a garage spot for the car. A great place to stay to visit our daughter as it’s close to campus and all the downtown restaurants! Very comfortable.

This was a great property. It was in a great location (one block from our daughter’s apartment.) Clean with great water pressure in shower and plenty of hot water. Loved the two twin beds in the second bedroom so our kids did not have to share a bed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. We only there for a very short amount of time, so unfortunately we were not able to take in the downtown activity. The loft is decorated beautifully and very welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, which is a huge plus. I would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at Nina’s property when moving our son into the University. Very clean apartment with super comfortable beds. It’s near everything. You can just park your car and walk to restaurants, shops, etc. Will definitely be back.

We used to live in Ann Arbor and came back for a visit. This property was perfectly located for walking to all of our old family favorites: the farmer’s market, Hands On Museum, Zingerman’s, Main Street shopping, restaurants, etc. We loved the twin beds in the second bedroom, so our kids could each have their own bed. We didn’t cook, but I noted that the kitchen was very well equipped, and lovely, too. Communication and instructions were very clear. Two thumbs up on all counts!
