Schade: Ein nicht empfehlenswertes Hotel(Restaurant).

Der erste Eindruck am Empfang war gut. Das Entree war einladend. Die Lage des Hotels war ruhig und angenehm. Es waren ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Leider war das Restaurant eine glatte Enttäuschung. Wir hatten am Nachmittag eine Tisch bestellt. Als wir am Abend ins Restaurant kamen wusste niemand Bescheid. Wir konnten uns eine freien Platz aussuchen. Zwischenzeitlich war die Aussengastronomie proppenvoll voll. Die Bedienung(mehrere Personen) liefen kreuz und quer durchs Restaurant. Es wirkte etwas unorganisiert. Als wir nach einer längeren Wartezeit bestellen konnten kam ein Kellner und entschuldigte sich für die lange Wartezeit. Wir haben einmal Cordon Bleu und einmal Ochsenbäckchen bestellt. Und just war der Kellner mit den Gerichten wieder am Tisch. Nicht einmal 5 min hat es gedauert. Das Ergebnis war entsprechend: das Cordon Bleu war total verbrannt und kam eindeutig aus der Friteuse. Dort hatte es wohl schon einige Male gebadet. Die Ochsenbäckchen waren lau warm, das Gemüse, welches aus 2 kleinen Stückchen Brokkoli Bestand (in der Karte stand: frisches Marktgemüse) war kalt. Der Kartoffelstampfer war eine reine ungenießbare P…… Unsere Beschwerde über das schlechte Essen interessierte den Chef des Restaurant nicht wirklich. Er hörte sich unsere Kritik an, mehr nicht. Fazit: Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr besuchen. Unsere Empfehlung: suchen Sie sich lieber etwas anderes.

Very nice hotel

Excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, friendly & dedicated stuff, nice view from the room, large room.

It was great experience!

This is a Great hotel especially if you wana spend some time away with your spouse. Beautiful interiors, lovely landscape. Pieceful and quite. Nice walking and cycling paths. There were also Wellness Center however we could not use the facilities due to other activities.

Romantic hotel in Teifenbach

It was a lovely hotel showcasing what is wonderful about Germany. Huge big bedroom decorated in an old world romantic German style with huge pine bed and lovely carved pine wardrobes.
