Though this is a humble 3 star hotel, it does it well. The rooms are clean, the staff is attentive and you get your basics for a great price. The breakfast is simple but I really appreciated that they had some options for everyone, like vegan yoghurt, lactose free milk, I think they also had some information about glutenfree stuff but I didn't check further. To be honest I've stayed at a holiday inn that had breakfast worse than this so honestly it's worth staying here. The breakfast does get refilled as anywhere else. I talked to the owner, he bought this hotel a year ago and you can see with the recently improved reviewes that he really cares that despite this not being a fancy hotel, guests have a good experience nonetheless. Contrary to previous reviews, bathrooms do have soaps (loved the smell) and everything is really clean. There was also a small fridge in my room that was very useful. While reception is not manned 24/7, they answer phone when you call for help at all times and are very helpful. I couldn't find what my code was to get my key and they helped me out over the phone. There is a kitchen that can be used at all times and has complimentary tea and coffee there instead of in the rooms. The rooms do not hold iron and hairdryer but you can ask for them at the reception in the morning when staff is there for the breakfast. The hotel is also in a great location, top spot, honestly. It is clear the owner has been renovating bit by bit. The mattress was super soft, like... So comfortable! I've never been to a hotel with a soft bed like this. So yes, overall very happy with the stay. Just understand that it is indeed a 3 star hotel and expect the amenities to be as such.
Some improvements that could still be made:
I would appreciate if the bedroom had a larger light on top of the small bed lights, especially for the writing desk, and the wardrobe could do with a separator or something so it's not just for hanging because there is nowhere to put smaller clothes items (at least it was missing in my room).
Since the bathroom is a wet room, the water does go almost to the toilet when you shower so I'd appreciate something to wipe it with in the woom because otherwise it's wet everywhere. However, the room fully dries from evening to morning.

We stayed in a family room, which was very spacious. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the center of town, so everything was within walking distance. There was also a kitchen, which was perfect for us since we had a small baby and needed to warm up milk. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay!
The hotel didn’t have an elevator, and we had a stroller with us, but since we stayed on the first floor, it wasn’t a big issue 😊
